Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

Had a good experience there today. Was feeling like getting some wings. Fast and friendly service. Ordered a boneless wing combo with tater tots and a drink. Total was around $14. Wish it was a little cheaper but that's about average these days. I've gone here a few times, maybe five or six times. I like that they usually have a sports game going on their big screen TV. Chairs are comfortable but make an awful sound when you pull them out to sit down but that's what ever. Ordered a 6-piece boneless and I think I actually got eight or nine pieces so that was awesome. Food is made fresh to order so you got to love that. They have an exclusive Mountain Dew there called legend, don't know how long that will last but it's yummy. I think there's plenty of parking around the building. Dunkin' donuts next door if you want some donuts too.

Someone important was there while I was waiting. Don't know if it was the owner, the gm, or the store manager. But they were nice enough to give the few of us waiting a free 6-piece bonus coupon for next visit. I thought that was really nice really thoughtful, I'll come back next week and use it.

If there's anything they could improve on, I would say maybe their cooking times on their boneless wings. You get some that are 1 inch in size and you get some that are two and a half inches in size, and the smaller ones become almost too hard to eat. I don't know if it's possible or not but either pull the small ones out 30 seconds before the rest of them cook and see if they temp, or ask the customer if they like bigger pieces or smaller pieces? Maybe I'm complicating things too much but... I did try their dry rub a few times and I wasn't too happy with it because of how hard most of them were, I felt like they were cooked too long. Others might disagree. I don't have this issue with their bone-in wings.

Overall I'm glad to have Buffalo wild wings in my area, it's pretty great. When you factor in food, price, service, and location, it's probably a 8.5/10. Just be aware that their boneless wings can be a little too...

Gotta give the place in general 5 stars just off of customer satisfaction! I love how they want to ensure customer satisfaction and they are willing to make things right. Mariah (sorry if I'm writing your name wrong) went above and beyond and offered to replace a massive order I had placed during Thursdays BOGO. I was only expecting to get 30 wings replaced. I ordered boneless and received bone in wings. Not a big deal, but we live roughly 35 minutes away and we were in a hurry so we weren't able to check everything before we left. We made the call when we noticed we got the wrong items. Mariah was kind and sweet as ever when we discussed the issue. She was sweet enough to replace our whole order which was not necessary. She wanted to make sure we were happy and that we would return to Buffalo Wild Wings Go in the future to which we told her of course we will. The place itself is small and can get very crowded which I understand it's not intended to be a sit down area to accommodate a lot of people. There is a soda fountain, one bathroom, and a couple tvs playing sports. It's very busy and the kitchen space looks very small so I understand if there are lots of orders coming through they are only allowed to go so fast. Patience is a must here which I have and dont mind i try to understand the situation and circumstances the employees are in. It's a lot for some, but I don't mind after the great experience I've had. Stopped in before heading out of town. The Atmosphere was chill. Every thing was clean. The Amazing lady working Ashley was doing so many things at one. Yet even while buzzers and beeper going off she was kind, patient and courteous. She answered all of our questions and did it with a smile on her face. Orders kept coming in and she was keeping on top of everything. Her manager happened to stop in to pick up for with his family. He didn't wait or rush Ashley. He hopped back there with her to help. While he helped Ashley his wife wipped tables while caring for their baby. Food came out hot and delicious. Exceeded my expectations by far. Just over all an amazing experience.
