If I could give this Scooters negative stars I would. Due to incompetence, laziness, the lack of listening to your customers, or the combination of all three, I have had several instances of ordering my coffee with almond milk due to being lactose intolerant, and receiving it with whole milk. I order my drink with a milk free option because Iâm lactose intolerant. With the baristas completely ignoring my request, I paid extra for the milk free option, received my drink, and wasnât able to drink hardly any of it due to the whole milk. This time I was unfortunately unable to go back to have it made correctly because I was in a time crunch. But I shouldnât have to take my drink back to have it made correctly, nor pay extra for what I should be receiving. Thereâs milk in the drinks regardless, why am I paying extra when a lot of times, the lactose free alternatives are a similar price or cheaper. Iâve now been up all night spending way too much time on the toilet because of some lazy teenager that doesnât have an ounce of listening skills. The owner of this Scooterâs needs to do better with their training, and making sure their employees care about every order.
