Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

If I could give this Scooters negative stars I would. Due to incompetence, laziness, the lack of listening to your customers, or the combination of all three, I have had several instances of ordering my coffee with almond milk due to being lactose intolerant, and receiving it with whole milk. I order my drink with a milk free option because I’m lactose intolerant. With the baristas completely ignoring my request, I paid extra for the milk free option, received my drink, and wasn’t able to drink hardly any of it due to the whole milk. This time I was unfortunately unable to go back to have it made correctly because I was in a time crunch. But I shouldn’t have to take my drink back to have it made correctly, nor pay extra for what I should be receiving. There’s milk in the drinks regardless, why am I paying extra when a lot of times, the lactose free alternatives are a similar price or cheaper. I’ve now been up all night spending way too much time on the toilet because of some lazy teenager that doesn’t have an ounce of listening skills. The owner of this Scooter’s needs to do better with their training, and making sure their employees care about every order. Ordered 3 lg pumpkin spice blenders 2 with extra caramel and 2 cake pops. Lady said it was 33.81 I said what did I order. She says you paid extra for extra flavor. I said only caramel and she said oh 27.45 I didn't agree but gave her my card and she ran it. Then she hands me 2 small blenders. I said ummm what is this. She says what I ordered. I said I just paid 27.45 for 3 small coffees?? So she once again says let me look at the computer. She comes back and says ok I fixed it and It's 15.80 I said what do you mean. She says I need to run your card again. I said I owe you more money??? She says yes I voided the last one. I said so you put 3 lg blenders on there and 2 cake pops and it's only 15 dollars now? She says yep. Ummm ok 🤔 so I give her my card again... My bank account says I paid 27.45 and 15.80 for coffee but she says it will come off in a day or 2... We will see.. Stopped by Friday morning for a drink and sandwich like I do almost 3 times a week on my way to work. I get to work and my sandwich is completely wrong I order no egg and the only thing on it was egg. Can not go back as I am at work and no number to call.
