Edit after Store's Reply: Hey, I get it. Because you care enought to reply, I now give you 4/5 stars. 1 star off because you really need to work on crew and stock management. My husband did speculate that day that you were probably restocking so you lock the door. Then you should have posted your "We Will Be Back" sign with WHEN you would be back, so customers could go hang out somewhere else and come back at that expected time. WIN-WIN. If you had done that, I would have no reason to get snarky while sitting in the AZ heat. So, how about the cream puff? I must say, the one my son let me tried was very very tasty! These cream puff are pretty big, and the shell was nice and crispy when tasting it fresh. The cream was light and not overly sweet; it's so light I I felt I need to eat a 2nd one to be satisfied 😅 Haha, they were good! Too bad the Gilbert store is closed. Or maybe that's good, for my waist line 😁 Yes, despite the not very good first impression, we probably would try the cream puffs again. Hope to see you have improved your services then.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Got here at 2:45pm on a a Tuesday and a sign on the door says "be back in an hour." So we sat down and waited. We understood this "one hour" could be up in 5 minutes or 59 minutes. But we came from East Mesa and were not about to give up without giving it a chance. It's pretty hot out here, because you know, it's Arizona in June. Now after a DoorDash delivery guy called them from the locked front door and told them the store had no one here. All I could hear was him saying "I am standing ring here!" So now we could see there is a young person in the kitchen, but wew were not let in yet. Door is still locked and it is 105F in Scottsdale right now....

This place is so underrated that I’m always afraid it’ll close down. The sucky thing is that when I showed up on a Saturday afternoon, it was so quiet. I also knew they are not doing well, because they needed several mini claw machines to boost traffic. Selfishly, I think they’ll do MUCH better at an indoor mall (ex. Scottsdale Fashion Square). When they closed down the location at San Tan mall, I was devastated.

I should have taken more pictures when I visited, but I was too focused on the menu: picking my shells and the cream fillings. Placing the order on the kiosk was the easy part. Man, the matcha shell with the vanilla filling combo was perfect! Although it was as big as the size of my palm, I was craving so hard that I finished it within minutes!!

This place may have the best cream puffs in the world, I wouldn’t know. Waited 40+ min and was told by another customer they had no merch from the collab they advertised. I would have at least got a boba but honestly they dead wrong making people stand in that 100 degree weather waiting for something they knew they would not be able to do when they even opened. Me and half the other people got right out of line. I was so hot and disappointed I felt the need to sit down and have a talk with the manager and marketing team for real.
