Yes it was inconsistent. Not so sure about our waitress, and the food was packaged to go I think upside down because it ended up all over my car this red sauce everywhere it was disgusting and it's a brand new car.!
The one Saving Grace and he's the main person and that we had a decent conversation with was Jesse whom I found out was the manager after I wrote a long letter to corporate which I was going to send, but I decided to give him a call I mean give the manager a call which was him and then tell all the problems we felt we had. It was hard to get water just things didn't run smooth. However, Jesse has invited us back to have a do-over so hopefully, I will do this rating again and it will be much better!
One of their pages in the menu it's basically a thermometer with varying degrees of heat intensity for sauces, and on the other side there is a description of the different types of chicken you can get bone boneless dry Etc. Then they have some other things. I went to one in Glendale before and I remember getting something that was like way too hot. I think it would be good idea that they consult you in detail with your sauce and Heat tolerances and preferences, and perhaps offer you small fingertip size samples of these toppings because if you get the wrong intensity it can ruin the whole meal. And usually you're taking some to go. Also the prices seem high for what you get. We just weren't that impressed with the place. It's got to have huge overhead and there weren't that many people in it yet our service was just average. We definitely didn't feel we were in some sort of a special place with a great atmosphere. There are about a billion TVs in there though. I'm sure you can watch any sporting event you want. It would be a great idea that they would have portable speakers so people could turn into a TV and actually hear what was going on while they're watching it from their table. I think that would be a good suggestion for a lot of sports bars actually. But none seem to have it... I think Buffalo Wild Wings spends a lot a lot on Advertising. And I don't know any large popular sporting event they've got multiple ads it seems like. And there's all these people running around in jerseys and it's all about what it's all about their which is basically a bunch of average but we'll see. We'll see what Jesse can do for us. And then we might rewrite this whole thing. The management would be wise to keep mr. Jesse there because I think it would absolutely without him! He definitely knows customer service from the top down. Now if they could just get the staff in line completely. It just takes one weak link and that might be what we had the day we went there. So another day another way. But until then Jesse I have to leave you with three stars. Hopefully this will become a fiver-- I have faith in you. We will be in soon. Thanks again for taking care of me over the phone I very much appreciate it and sorry I had to give you this rating but don't worry it's probably temporary. And I would recommend for those who might be reading this go into Buffalo Wild Wings and make sure you know what kind of heat you're getting if you get the chicken wings what you probably will. Sample it and try BW3 for yourself. I'd go there once see how you like it. Preferably on a game night it's probably a lot more festive then when...
Read moreI have been a huge, massive fan of BW3's since 1996 and recently relocated to Scottsdale, AZ. We have been to locations all throughout the country…we simply love it. On 7/22/2023 my husband and I went to #0489 (ticket #280014) and had by far the worst experience ever. When I say we have never had an issue at any BW3 we have visited in the past, I truly mean it. This was horrible and not at par with what we know of BW3’s.
We sat at our booth and ordered everything pretzel knots with queso/mustard, as well as our beers. Our waiter, Kevin, brought our beers right away, which we truly appreciated after unboxing/unpacking in our new home. We continued to wait and wait and wait for our appetizer. The restaurant was not busy; I believe there were possibly 6-8 other groups/tables in the restaurant at the time.
Kevin stopped by at one point and told us our appetizer was a few minutes out, so we went ahead and ordered the rest of our meal. We again waited and waited. He then brought out our wedge potatoes with a mere drizzle of queso. My husband told him the wedges need to be eaten with our wings and that we needed our appetizer first. Kevin quite literally stared at him blankly. I reiterated that the pretzel knots are our appetizer, and we need to eat those first before our main meal comes. He then proceeded to stare expressionlessly at me. He took the wedges, placed them on a nearby table, and proceeded to take the order from another group who had just arrived. He never said a word to us.
He finally brought our pretzel knots, which were excellent, by the way. Kevin waited until we finished the long awaited for appetizer, came back and asked if we were ready for our meal. He brought back the same wedges with the small drizzle of queso, as well as our wings. We asked him for more queso, as the amount on the wedges was ridiculous. The wings were dry, which is something we have never had at BW3’s before. There was very little sauce and they tasted like they had sat under a heating lamp for a while. Clearly they had. We literally ate what we could because we were famished. We paid our bill and could not leave fast enough.
To say I am disappointed in the experience is an understatement. We were so happy to see there was a BW3’s near our new home so we could go and play trivia and eat the amazing food we are so accustomed to. Unfortunately, we will not be back and that makes me very sad.
There is no need to provide me with the blanket response of filling out the form on the website because I already did. Obviously the other poor reviews for this location have not resulted in any change...
Read moreMy friends and I have made it a tradition over the last 4 years or so to go to this Buffalo Wild Wings location once a month or so to watch games. It was always a place that was reliable for game viewing, service was good, and food was always consistent. We always tip well, treat the staff with respect, and are mindful of our surroundings. Over the last year or so we noticed a major drop off across the board. It seems the waiting staff refuses to make eye contact with our table, we will go up to an hour without being able to place food and drink orders. Our food when we do recieve it is either completely incorrect or cold as if it were sitting around for 30 minutes for someone to get it. I am sure this is more of a staffing issue, however it needs to be addressed. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back. When we arrived at 5pm we asked the server if it were possible to put on an NBA game on one of the near televisions (common BWW request). It took at minimum of 10 attempts before we were able to view the games in which we game to see. We would go up to 45 minutes without seeing our server. When he would come out he would avoid eye contact to pretend to not see us trying to signal him (albeit our signals were polite). My buddy who was not drinking and only ordered water waited for over an hour for a refilled water and was told "you should have flagged me down" by the server. Absolutely unacceptable! A water is something that any waiter would refill without request and the restaurant was not overly busy to have neglected a table. We looked around and watched as other tables were receiving service, check ins, etc and began to feel outcasted. Needless to say our food orders were not correct, our bills were not correct, we hardly received service. Ended up watching praise and worship gospel services on the nearby television while missing the Lakers game. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for ruining one of the few nice traditions my friends and I have. We will no longer bring our business to this establishment. Whoever manages this location needs to be aware of the attitude and treatment of their patrons. It's almost like we were bothering them by just...
