Update from last post: I ate there today. The service has quickly gone downhill. I am not sure if it is because Patrick had the day off or if he doesn't work there. The place was very slow and messy today. The restaurant had a very unwelcoming vibe today.

Delicious Food: In-N-Out Burger's signature menu items are always cooked to perfection, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that never disappoint.

Legendary Staff: Patrick, one of the team members, is truly legendary! His exceptional service and warm personality make him a standout, and I'm so grateful to have had the pleasure of interacting with him on previous visits.

Update: On days like today where he is not there, the service and the vibe in this place is way off. The wait was longer, the dining area was messy, and it lacked the personalization that makes this place standout

Personal Experience:

After being away for 6 months, I couldn't wait to get back to my favorite In-N-Out Burger location. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was home. Although I missed Patrick on this visit, I'm looking forward to seeing him again soon. The food was, as always, delicious.

If you’re craving a solid, no-nonsense burger that hits the spot every time, this In-N-Out location in Scottsdale is the place to go. We stopped in for a quick bite and, as always, it did not disappoint. First, I gotta say that the bathrooms were clean and smelt as good as any bathroom you will ever go to at a fast food restaurant. Lol. Seriously. I was impressed.

For food, we went with the Double-Double Animal Style because, let’s be honest, that’s the way to do it. The burger was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The grilled onions and extra sauce took it to another level, and the melted cheese tied everything together perfectly. It’s just a good, classic burger that tastes exactly how you want it to every single time.

Now, let’s talk about the fries—fresh, hot, and crispy. Some people say In-N-Out fries are “just okay,” but when you get them fresh, they’re incredible. And they only ever serve them fresh. You can actually taste the real potatoes, unlike the overly processed fries at other fast-food places.

Service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean, and even though it was busy, they kept things moving smoothly. The consistency at In-N-Out is what makes it great. In-N-Out Burger Joint!! Finally got to visit the chain store! I’m formally from New England so this is the competitor of our traditional fast food burger joint “Five Guys Burger” Had to give it a 2 star rating because sure it is indeed it’s beautiful scenery as everyone talks about and has decent to below average tasty burgers and fries BUT Five Guys Burgers in New England is 100% better than this over hyped fast food burger joint. Staff: Extremely kind staff and very helpful in ordering, not problems at all Cleanliness: Very clean and well kept and it’s a beautiful store! a lot of money goes into the scenic attitude of the store and the decorative form of selling the meal, but the food isn’t that great Food: it was good for the area it suits in the needs of wanting a desired fast food burger, but world wide, not the best fast food burger, mcdonald’s is pretty comparable to this, go to New England for the actual hype of a delicious fast food burger from “Five Guys Burgers and Fries” The main reason people go here is probably for the bandwagon experience, social media posts (guilty as charged myself), and the way they’re able to style the store and the sale of the meal. but the burger IS NOT filling at all, the food is tiny and just cause a famous person endorses something DOESNT make it good!...
