If I could give them negative stars i would because even one star is way too high of a rating for the scam they are. I would always sell my designer items with them. I've sold Prada, Chloe, See by Chloe, Tory Burch, Celine, Rag and Bone, Vince, Emilio Pucci, etc to this store. Like 3 or 4 days ago I took Celine sunglasses, See by Chloe skirt, Rag and Bone blazer with leather trim, Vince shorts, and Tory Burch flats and purse. The Tory Burch purse was the Half moon gold bag retail $498 and was like new. They told me they would sell it for $99 so that they could only pay me 30% of that which would be $30. So I sold everything. Today I see their Instagram they are advertising that same bag I sold them for $199. Double what they told me! So I confronted them about it and commented regarding the scam in their post. They deleted my comment and sent me a message saying they were sorry about the confusion and that I had the option of consignment instead. First of all they never told me about the option of consigning (you leave the item for them to sell them they give you half what it sells for instead of them paying you 30% upfront). Second they didnt even offer to pay me the full 30% of the $199 they are actually selling for to make up for their so called "confusion." Third they do research while you are there selling your items to see how much they can sell it for and what they can pay you so there couldn't have been any confusion. They are just greedy and lied to me to get more money out of the bag. Which is such a scam and shame, if I were you I wouldn't do any business with these people and don't sell your items to them or even consign because if they scammed me they will scam you too. Who's not to say they will tell you they sold your item for less than what they tell you and pay you less. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!

I took a brand new Valentino bag (with matching shoes) and a sundress to Urban Exchange. They quoted me a 45-minute wait time for inspection.
I waited the full time, but was not allowed to watch the inspection — in fact, the associate deliberately closed the curtain tighter (which can be confirmed by their cameras).
When they finally returned my items, I was told they wouldn’t take them because they “aren’t accepting Valentino at this time.” But when I got home, I realized the bag had not been returned in the same condition I brought it in: • They had taken everything out of its protective baggie • They attached the strap (which had never been attached) • They did damage to it • They failed to put the strap or mini envelopes back in the baggie
When I called immediately, I was given a different excuse (by Emily) — that the bag was “too dressy” and “not worth the resale value” based on their research.
If that was truly the case, there was no reason to remove all the packaging, attach the chain, and mishandle the item. The associate just apologized and claimed she was “crazy busy” — though there were only two shoppers in the store at the time. Apologies do not mean anything — do your job correctly.
Now I have to make another trip back just to retrieve the bag they took — and I’m not even sure if they took anything else. This is unacceptable handling of luxury goods.
I’m warning other sellers: DO NOT bring your items here under any circumstance. They will mishandle them, potentially damage them, and give you inconsistent reasons for rejecting them. Who knows what else they do behind that...

Unfortunately they treated me inhumane with disrespect and disregard to my medical condition even though I had been coming for months with no issues. When I first started coming I spoke with the manager and she told me she understood and respected my medical condition with which I am not able to wear a mask and even asked me if it was okay to take off her mask when we were talking! Today however she told me I had to wear a mask in order to be in the store even though we had previously had conversation about it. I will never be back again. Customers should never be treated in such a way and discriminated against. I will be sharing this with my friends and family so that they don't have to go through the same experience, as no one deserves to be treated in such a way. I was really sad when I had a good relationship with the manager and now all of a sudden am pressered to make decisions against my medical health and doctor's guidance.
