Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I went in there & used the bathroom first, and then I was going to eat because I needed to sanitize my hands. They only had one bathroom available and it had no soap in it. Only hand sanitizer I’m sorry, but that’s not good enough and it burns my hands. So I couldn’t even sanitize my hands, which means I can’t eat, I told the manager who was probably 21 years old, he apologized but they need to get a soap dispenser. There’s a Safeway just around the corner, they could go get one. How hard is that? I told him you lost my business. I was going to eat here, but I can’t now because my hands are not clean and I have no way to sanitize them. Not everyone can use hand sanitizer because it burns some people like me.

And the fact that you’ve got managers so young! I cannot believe how young he was. It was unbelievable. I’m sorry but that’s just beyond ridiculous. How could he possibly have enough experience...

Employees were rude when we walked in; they did not treat us with basic respect as a customer. I ordered chips a burrito and a bowl. When I got home I found they forgot the chips. In addition, the cashier did not give us a receipt so there was no way to file for a refund online. Employees were skimpy with rice and meat beyond what I’ve seen before at chipotle. The burrito seemed like a three year old wrapped it. I go to this location all the time and have never had such problems. This was the night of Friday, June 20th. The managers need to be monitoring employees performance and attitudes. I can’t say I want to come to this location again...

Yooooooo let me tell you this place is the bomb they have a secret chef whose name is """Smitty"" . The chicken bowls have so much more flavor than the other chipotles!!!!!!!!
