Where do I even begin? This store is absolutely wonderful. I just recently, maybe four months ago or so, took up the hobby of making fine handmade jewelry. I feel like this store provides all the necessary items you need to really dive head first into this interest. Particularly, if you already have an equal interest in stones and crystals as well.

They have beads of all shapes and sizes, from all the prettiest, quality stones. The variety of colors is beautiful. Not only are the beads great, but they also have a wide selection of unique pendants and charms.

Rhi or Rhiannon, great name, has been helpful on all my visits while she was working. Dorothy is also very helpful, they both were very patient with me, as always, but particularly my last visit, where I had time to kill and stocked up on everything I could think of that I would need to create my visions.

I probably spent two hours at least in the store, but they continually helped me as I would wait for the rushes to come and go. They were both very compassionate and authentic, which I appreciate most in people.

Honestly, I don't know their names, but all the ladies working here are very sweet, kindred souls. 10/10, best jewelry supply store...

Buyers Beware: don't shop here if you expect courtesy and professionalism from the owner, Karen, or her staff. Her staff will talk behind your back. And when the staff makes a mistake, they will publicly shame you in front of other customers if you dare to bring it up. I used to shop here all the time, spent hundreds, probably a few thousand dollars here...that was before I was insulted by Karen and one of her staff for having the nerve to mention that the staffer had overcharged me and had charged me for something I did not want. FYI: I actually waited a few months to post this to make sure I was not merely acting emotionally or out of anger. I also thought maybe I - a loyal customer who used to come in at least once a week - would get some sort of an apology or at least recognition for the disrespect I experienced. It never happened, and I just want to let others know what to expect - just wait, if it a bad experience here hasn't happened to you yet,...

Came into town from out of state and went directly to this shop, needing (but not really) to stock up on beads while waiting to check in to our hotel. I had already visited the website which greatly impressed me in its vast stock, user-friendliness and selection. Was not disappointed by the brick and mortar store!! In fact, I was amazed by the store's aesthetic, beautifully curated inventory, high quality beads, huge selection and competitive prices.
