Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I had never had food from cheeseburgers and beers before today so at work I decided to try it. I got on their website and went through the menu. It was just before noon. I made my selection with an ETA of 1215 or as they say on their tickets promised time but due to setting up an account it did change to 1230 which was fine. I arrived promptly at 12:31 and was greeted after about four minutes by the bartender, they have a seat yourself policy, she checked on my order and about five minutes later told me that they were finishing it up. I did not see it until 12:55. My food finally came out. It was not complete, and I had to re ask for the condiments requested. I work approximately a block away and when I returned I immediately opened up the container to prevent my food from getting soggy, however that didn’t matter as the cheese had already hardened the bread was stale. The food was lukewarm even the sweet tots. I would think that having to wait almost an entire hour for them to complete my order that the food would at least be warm and fresh. I’m extremely disappointed, especially for the cost, I would expect more, better, then I could get from a McDonald’s quarter pounder. The manager did come out once and speak to a single table, other than that, he was not seen on the floor at all. Clearly, he wasn’t paying attention to call in or pick up orders either. The waitress did ask me if I wanted to speak to him. I left him a note on the ticket attached to my purchase and told her to have him call me. It’s been 30 minutes since I left I have not received a call. If I were to try this place again, it would take some coaxing but I don’t think I would return to the Scottsdale 116th and Shea location. 5/6/2016, I took my wife and son for lunch and I walked in and had forgotten my coupon that was sent to me for $10.00 burger and beer.

I spoke to this short Hispanic gentleman who was the manager and asked we can still order the special without the coupon.

This guy was no ignorant to me in front of my family like it was a such a big deal and stated "nope we track the coupons" I was actually going to walkout with that attitude but my son wanted to stay.

I then ordered two appetizers that were good but my burger (Rockypoint) which comes with guacamole, peppers, sour cream, pico.

I requested to have It all on the side, but they brought with everything on the burger so I asked to have it re made.

The little manager with the attitude came to my table and was giving me the fifth degree but my complaint. I left there and .30 minutes I was sick to my stomach after eating the remade burger.

I will never return there and plan to make a complaint with the health department in Maricopa. My opinion is don't eat this restaurant.!! There are so many burger joints in the area that are better then CHEESEBURGER AND BEERS, and management with...

Placed an order for pick up today at the Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers on Shea... They have a sign outside advertising buy one meal get the second 50% off. I specifically ordered two kids 12 & under for my 7 & 9 year old. I go to pick the order up and the receipt said $30. When I questioned the receipt the Server/Cashier stated the deal was added but didn’t know how to explain it to me. She asked the manager to assist, he said with an attitude he would reduct the drinks (which are included in the kids meal already) as if he were doing me a favor. However the receipt below is still incorrect as I was still charged for the fries that are included in the kids meal I ordered as in the menu! So not only did I not get the 50% off the second order, I paid for the fries as well and treated like I was acting petty because I wanted to pay for exactly what I ordered according to their menu and deal that is being advertised.
