Dlite in Scottsdale is one of our favorite healthy go-to restaurants. From the moment we walk in, we are always impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff. But what really sets Dlite apart is the quality of their ingredients and the variety of their menu.
One of the things we love most about Dlite is the focus on healthy, natural ingredients. Whether we're ordering a salad, smoothie, or sandwich, we can always count on fresh, high-quality ingredients that are free of artificial additives and preservatives. This not only makes the food taste great, but it also makes us feel good about what we're putting into our bodies.
My go to is oats our way with almond milk and the breakfast buzz. I also love the low carb breakfast and my boyfriend is a major fan of their California club.

Read moreSo I was driving around the Scottsdale area trying to find something healthy and fresh to eat and I saw this place. I was hesitant and about to walk out with a paper menu when this red haired lovely lady named Renee (asked her for her name due to how awesome she was I wanted her management to know what a diamond in the ruff they have) stop me talked to me about her favorite items and I was extremely shocked with the time she took out to explain in massive detail the food she loved which showed me she loves eating the food she serves and sells. Which was refreshing and lovely that a employee stands behind what they sells. I ordered a Cali club and she brought it out to me smile on her face made awesome eye contact, but her excellent customer service didn’t stop there. She then came by shortly later to check in with me asking how my meal was and even took my plate and engaged in conversation and hoped to see me again soon!!! From start to finish this has had to be the best customer service experience I have ever received from an establishment. The dining experience was clean, refreshing, and the decor is absolutely stunning. I am absolutely d’lited to come back on a consistent basis. But because I do believe this location tries to do their best, and most of the times they do, I have had a few situations recently, with poorly /rushed made vegan smoothies, that were runny gross liquids not blended entirely, milk used instead of almond milk, and a broccoli salad that had the entire salad dressing bottle dumped into it. Also, I was given the larger size , on more than one occasion when I ordered the 16 oz. Their smoothies are now close to $10. Also, sourdough toast that comes out like soggy bread instead of toast likely because the staff are rushed or understaffed. You shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for your toast to be toasted! It seems to depend on which new employee is behind the blender, or running the kitchen. . I called yesterday to ask for a refund for the smoothie and was left on hold for 10 min. Called this morning , the manager, Jesse, told me to call back later when he has time as I had to yell over a blender in my ear. Now is that a Way to treat a regular customer? Hence, the importance of being staffed up properly so mangers can actually manage! I told him I’m not calling back again, and to please handle it and refund the purchase, on my card.
