Extremely rude staff. They made a mistake on an order of mine and i called to let them know their menu has an issue. I wasn’t calling with any expectations of a refund or anything of the sort. I was simply calling to inform them of the issue so other customers didn’t encounter it. The response was very rude and then when the employee said “take it up with corporate” they hung up on me. I get it, everyone has bad days. But being in a customer facing role and lashing out at customers for no apparent reason is not only bad business, it’s just plain old bad.
This is especially disappointing because the food is all great here! I live less than a mile of here and could see myself having breakfast here everyday if it wasn’t for my experience today. The rude, dismissive, aggressive, and angry employee is enough for me to steer clear of this restaurant going forward.

My husband and I first tried the drive thru last week and he had the breakfast club and I had the croissant sandwich. They were both delicious. This morning I decided to order a GrubHub delivery and ordered the croissant sandwich (again) and the d'breakfast buzz. The croissant sandwich has so many flavors and the pesto is definitely the star of the sandwich. My bacon was well cooked and added a nice saltiness to the sandwich. The breakfast buzz is a perfect balance of espresso and chocolate protein. It hint of banana and peanut butter that makes it extra delicious with a kick.
