Dunkin' — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I'm usually a Dutch Brothers or Starbucks girl but I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts because I was really needing a coffee fix. Since I hadn't really been here I tried to ask the young lady at the drive-thru window what I could get that was iced and sweetened she was very rude and acted like my questions were an inconvenience and she was very short. I ordered whatever I saw and when I got to the drive-thru window they were extremely busy, which is understandable, but againi tried to ask a question and was rushed through the payment process. Even though someone says thank you and have a good day if it said in a rude manner that is not good customer service! While I understand that the drive through is a fast process, fast should not trump good customer service! And when I got to work I found my drink wasn't even correct! They forgot the cream and sugar! I will never frequent this spot again probably not even another Dunkin Donuts. I'll stick to pros, Dutch Brothers...

This location takes forever. We specifically tried to order ahead of time using the app knowing this location is slow only to get an order placed for 3 donuts which should take about 2 minutes (more like 15 seconds) to carefully put them in a bag. The order took 12 minutes. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Dunkin needs to have a donut only line. They probably need to hire more people as well as this shows a pure lack of employee management. We had to ask to make our online order that was set as asap. Not good Dunkin. The donuts tasted good but now the kids are late for school.

Update 9/19 Ordered 3 donuts on way to this location. The app warned me that if I ordered it would be ready too early and that I should wait. I ordered anyway and set a stopwatch on my phone. This place ruined my morning on two separate occasions, will not be back.

First time: Ordered a multi grain bagel at 6:45am. They were out. OK what types do you have left? “None — our baker didn’t show today.”

Second time: They had bagels so I ordered one lightly toasted with butter and it had a disgusting amount of butter. Maybe by “light” they thought I meant heavy? No napkins were initially included in my bag, thank god I asked for some otherwise the stream of butter that poured out of the wrapper when I took the bagel/wrapper from the bag would have ruined my new car had I not been able to clean it up quickly.

Posting the photos showing some of the butter soaked napkins from my “light” butter bagel. Even not including the amount that poured out into my car it was still in a literal puddle of butter. I used all 4 napkins provided and 5 more from my glove box.
