This location is either understaffed or not properly managed. Twice in two weeks, this location did not have any donuts nor packaged coffee. Read that again. A Dunkin Donuts ran out of donuts by 11:30am on a Saturday and had no packaged coffee at 2:30pm a week later.
After being told by the shift manager working the drive-thru they were unable to fulfill my mobile app order for packaged coffee, I shared my frustration with my previous week’s experience of not being able to get the two Halloween-themed donuts the week before and he seemed to justify both experiences by telling me “We actually don’t have any donuts right now. We have plenty of donuts early in the morning, but we just can’t keep making donuts all day,” and told me about how they used to throw away tons of donuts years before but don’t anymore because they simply stop making them earlier in the day. I swear I was in some SNL skit.
He then said the manager was responsible for ordering supplies, and didn’t, which was why there was no packaged coffee at that time either.
Prior to that, I had several issues with poor or just unprofessional service, twice having the rep responding to the drive thru ordering speaker tell me “Give me a minute,” before I even said anything.
I’ve decided to just no longer go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Ive rarely had a good experience and it seems as if the manager is not training his staff to know when to start making more donuts, so there is always inventory during most normal business hours, nor update inventory to show out of stock items on the app to prevent users from placing orders for item only to be disappointed when they arrive to learn they don’t have them.
There also needs to be some basic training on how to deal with customers who politely share frustrations, especially for failing to meet the basic expectations of having donuts at 11:30am for a store with the name donuts in the title, or always having packaged coffee for a store whose primary product is coffee.
Further frustrating efforts are the completely “not my problem” attitude of the staff when issues arise. When I learned they didn’t have the Halloween donuts for my kids, there was no apology or offer to make me donuts to replace them. It’s always just “Yep, we don’t have your stuff. And we can’t give you your refund. You’ll have to use the app to request one.”

Read moreI’m going to start off by saying I used to work at dunkin, so I don’t go to dunkin unless I have to. In this current case, my grandma is in the hospital across the street and their coffee place isn’t open at 5 in the morning, so I had to. That is all to say, you can’t fool me and to lie so stupidly is amazing anyways. So, I order a large salted caramel cream cold brew with two cream added and some other stuff. I get handed a salted caramel cream cold brew that was black on the inside. And trying to be nice, I ask, “did the cream get put in this?” And the counter girl asks the drink girl and I swear the drink girl goes “yes. I did.” And I look at the counter girls and go “really?” Because you can CLEARLY see it’s black. And she says “did you want more cream?” And I go “yes, I want the cream I asked for in it.” And the drink girl straight up says over her shoulder “well, it’s light cream so you wouldn’t see it.” First of all, what? Who are you fooling? Second, I KNOW what two cream in coffee that’s in a clear cup looks like. I used to work at dunkin, and it doesn’t look like black coffee! So, you’re trying to tell a customer they have invisible cream? Girl, please. But I didn’t respond. Because at that point, I’m like, what in the world am I experiencing right now?!?! So the girl comes back, and she had SHOT THE CREAM THROUGH THE HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE CUP! The cold foam was all over the lid. And she goes “you’ll have to stir it.” And I’m just very annoyed at this point. I don’t argue, but what in the world is going on at this location? And this is after I had ordered an everything bagel and paid for it only to find out they only have raisin or multi grain. To make matters worse, I get over to the hospital to start eating my bagel and it’s hard as a rock like it’s from yesterday. I don’t want anything free from you guys. I won’t ever use it anyways. Read moreOnly reAson I'm even giving it one star is because it was clean and my order was ready with in two minutes. HOWEVER, the lady working the front counter needs a major attitude adjustment! I understand it's early in the morning and I understand how it is working in he food industry because I have for many many many years now. That doesn't change the fact though that it is your job and customer service is part of that! Personal opinion if your working at a breakfast place that early in the morning your mood better be above the normal so people start their day happy not getting snippy attitude from the person behind the counter when you ask them how the sandwich I ordered was. And then later asking if there was any mayo. It wasn't even what she said it was how she said it! There was no mistaking it it was very clear the nasty attitude in her voice and face and the way she answered. She hadn't tried the sandwich (which understandable but then say how other customers have reacted to it atleast), and when asked about mayo I was told "if it's not out there then we don't have it." First off ur a breakfast sandwich place so I didn't think It was an outrageous question by any means. But things run out I understand that, present it better though or don't be interacting with customers. Point blank i walked over from the hospital were my mom is admitted and it would've been wonderful to be talked to with some kinda respect instead of completely leaving a nasty taste in my mouth for the attitude given!
