I'm not too proud to say "I love Taco Bell", but this dining experience made me rethink the depth of that love. ;) I ordered the new Chicken Enchilada Burrito and a Spicy Tostada from the Value Menu, both of which I've enjoyed at other locations. For starters, it took 9 minutes to receive my meal from the time I ordered. 9 minutes! I've received food faster at nice restaurants before. I watched what appeared to be kitchen workers moving in slow motion filling several drive-thru orders ahead of the orders of patrons ahead of me. I've truly never seen employees move that slow 🐌. After finally receiving my food, I was disappointed to see my tostada only half covered with about a tablespoon of beans and the rest sauce and veggies. Had they not been so busy, I would have returned it. I had to eat more than half the burrito before I got any filling whatsoever, which was delicious, but the filling of any burrito should be spread evenly before rolling it. Consequently, most of the filling squished out the end. Even though this was what I call a cheap meal at $2+ tax, I expect the same quality and consistency which I receive elsewhere...this particular Taco Bell fell short. #TurtleSpeed...
Read moreI have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant as I did today. My name is Rudy and I’m an officer with Scottsdale PD. I visited your location at 10130 n 90th st in Scottsdale today. First there was no one at the counter and after several minutes of waiting, nobody came. When I called out “Hello” a woman just hollered out to “use the kiosk”. I answered back “can I order there and pay cash here?”. She did not answer, so again after waiting again I said hello and she came out with another customers food and told me to use the machine. I again asked her if I could order at the machine and pay cash? She responded by yelling “do you see somewhere to put the money in over there” as she points to the kiosk! Then says in an extremely rude manner “what can I get you” so we give her our order, after each item she keeps repeating “is that it”. So I ask for her name and she says it rudely then spells it fast and aggressively. Mind you we are in a lobby with other customers everywhere. Your employee Zierra obviously feels that she can be rude and speak to customers however she wants and also feels that due to the presence of the kiosk that she shouldn’t be bothered. I...
Read moreI work across the at honor health Shea and eat here often. My favorite thin is the number 4 on the menu but I was disappointed today when I came in for lunch. Typically when I get Mexican pizza it’s covered in sauce and packed full of awesomeness but not today. So I went up to the counter and asked for a cup of sauce since my pizza didn’t have very much on the cashier told me one second. AND after a minute of waiting for the sauce the guy making the food pokes his head around the prep station and rudely asks me what I need. I explained I would like some sauce and for my pizza. He tells me with an attitude, that’s fine i will have to pay for it. I asked him why because typically they have more sauce on them. He starts to argue about it until I finally tell him I’m done arguing and pay for my sauce. In my opinion that was very unprofessional and in the service industry the customer is always right. The guys name was warren and i cant say he is a cook because everything comes pretty much made already. But either way i will eat at this location anymore due to warrens...
