Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Without a doubt, the worst service of any chain restaurant I have experienced. The waitresses could always be found on their phones playing or talking with their friends when you would like a drink, refill, food, or anything else. I will not try another Rosati's for fear that it might be this bad.

The salads and fries are bad comedy; something you would find on an elementary school lunch tray.

Did I mention that the service is bad?

Last time I tried the place, the only person that I could get the attention of was the busser girl. When she dared to refill our drinks, the waitresses got angry at her.

I am a local and live close bye. I would like this place to be good because there aren't many other restaurants around. Unfortunately, I have tried this place 4 times in 4 years, it has sucked EVERY TIME.

I am an army guy and am not that picky. They are simply that bad. I won't throw money at people who don't care about how you are treated and can't do their jobs reasonably well.

The Italian sausage was pretty good, as well as the wings. Neither were good enough to make me go back and be ignored again.

I don't know if management has fooled ownership so thoroughly that they think everything's fine or whether ownership does not care about fielding a good product.

My wife and I eat out half of our meals. I go to a lot of restaurants. There is money to be made here for a good restaurant.

Rosati's Pizza... Terrible

I may have had the some of the worst pizza along with absolutely the worst service I've ever had a chance to experience. I am visiting family in Scottsdale and because of the location we gave this place not one but two chances. The first time would have had a slightly better review, the pizza was average at best, but the high prices must be set at a corporate level, regardless of quality. The second experience however was dreadfully terrible. Upon ordering pizzas with a coupon we were shortly denied the coupon because she would only allow it to be dine-in only. The coupon says this nowhere, and had I been ordering, I'd have hung up and ordered Dominoes. Regardless, the location kept our business and we ordered carry-out pizza. Upon entering at our pick up time, the brunette working the counter seemed bothered by us being there, and we were told nothing about how long our pizzas would be. FACT-They were forgotten about taking another 25 minutes for bad pizza at nearly $50.

Needless to say, never going back after finding an amazing Prosciutto pizza right next door (Good Earth), smaller for $15 but was absolutely amazing.

Hopefully your corporation is paying attention, because you aught to quit ruining the...

Rarely do I write restaurant reviews, especially pizza places, because much like burgers and tacos, so many places claim to have the best. And although I haven't tried every pizza in Scottsdale, this Rosati's is the best I've had thus far. The traditional thin crust is perfectly crisp. The sauce and cheese tastes like the Chicago that I am familiar with. And the meat and veggie toppings are always fresh (I try different toppings each time). My choice last night was Canadian bacon, spinach, tomatoes, and ricotta. Very impressed. On Tuesdays, you can get one large or extra large at 50% off. I have already marked my calendar with one day prior reminders....
