Time on receipt is December 2, 2022 10:56 55pm Was is in line for almost 10 minutes was concerned about the line leading out onto Thomas Road especially people traveling Eastbound on Thomas Road Definitely holds up traffic, blocks pedestrian right of way which could lead into an accident and people getting injured or worse. Fortunately that wasn’t the case this is why it is imperative for the Taco Bell team needs to be mindful of the Pace each team member has while on the job, when we rolled up to the 1st window nobody’s was home so when the line proceeded and we approached the 2nd window the gal gave me the drink and then Joana came to the gal at the 2nd window told her we didn’t pay, well how could we if the cashier isn’t there silly lol, the gal on the 2nd window said kindly you still need to pay…well yeah we’re not gonna pull a fast one on y’all even though We’re sure people have done that. Please understand we all love Taco Bell and genuinely appreciate all the hard work y’all do for all of us. We always go to McDowell and Hayden and Never received the extra Cheese that we pay additional funds for always left bummed cause there’s no extra cheese lol. My passenger in the car is a knowledgeable professional assistant manager of 7 years with Taco Bell at another corporate location. And I showed her my burrito with extra cheese that I received from this location tonight and she said that’s how it’s supposed to be done so know the line cooks seriously made me so happy, it’s the little things in life that really go so far in peoples lives and thank you guys so much keep up the great work Take the review as food for thought on the highlighting things that can ultimately be adjusted simple fix, 👏👏👏🙌 Take...
Read more2/5/24 Update: I got the most pitiful amount of meat in my crunch wrap. A few bites in I realized I wasn't tasting meat, only mouthfuls of lettuce. I opened it up to reveal this sorry smear of sauce and what amounted to about a teaspoon of meat. That's the last straw for me. It's so unfortunate to see what was previously the best Taco Bell I'd been to in the Valley fall so low.
Unfortunate January 2024 Update: The building may have been renovated but the worker's attitudes leave something to be desired. On our first visit since the renovations, they gave us a regular taco instead of a Doritos taco--no big deal, just asked them politely to fix. They argued that it was "not on the receipt, but ok 🙄".
Spoiler alert, it was indeed listed on our receipt. Got our taco replaced with an unwanted side of sass. Don't usually care about simple mistakes but the attitude & apparent lack of literacy make this location sadly less desirable than it used to be. Since then, we have gotten more wrong orders, & missing items. Not impressed.

Read moreI always go to this Taco Bell because it's down the road from the house. I usually have no trouble when I go in there, the food is good ,customer service is awesome. Tonight however I'm going to rant. Usually the taco boxes are $549. I went in there tonight I saw $5 on the signs above so I thought they were doing a promotion. I ordered five boxes because I have a lot of children. When I got my receipt I realize that I was charged $5.49. To some people $2.47 is it much but when you have 4 kids every little bit that you can save helps. The customer service was very rude tonight. I was told that it wasn't his fault that the sign said $5. I come in there all the time I should know that it's cost $5.49 and that It's corporate fault. He said he wasn't going to refund my $2.47 I said why not honor your sign. He said it was nothing he could do about it. I can speak to the district manager on Tuesday morning and that she was going to tell me the same thing he said. What got me was the 1st person who's attention that I bought the sign too. She didn't want to speak to me at all she said We're very busy. I UNDERSTAND BUSY. I also understand customer service. I wasn't loud or trying to cause a scene. This really had me upset.
