This review comes with tears due to the blatant rudeness from the MANAGERS yes 2 of the male MANAGERS. I order from this location 3 or more days out of a week so this is not a 1 off. So much so when neither of them are there the service I receive is impeccable! Manager 1 order on 8/14 online 3 piece white with hot sauce packets clearly stated on the order. I left and returned for my packets as I walk in he rudely ask what do you want I replied the hot sauce I ordered he laughed and brushed me off with a hand waving motion. This the same slightly large short hair cut that used to be a regular employee and was awesome at it now because he knows the name when my order appears he intentionally a ignores the order and waits for another associate to fill it or 2 he throw my order to me not hand it.
Manager 2 of native decent tall never smiles and hates his job on 8/15 mobile order 6 bone in wings. I come into the store he looks directly at me didn’t say welcome to Popeyes or can I help you he waited until someone from near stove to come up and ask can I help you I replied mobile order number and may I have a cup of ice the clerk says yes. The manager at the drive thru left the drive through to say I am using the wrong cup he charges for the cup a had gotten from the Popeyes I asked ok how much for the cup? Since there is no charge on the register for a cup he attempted to charge me $4 for a paper cup which is the cost for a beverage. Why be rude in Arizona when heat exceeds 112 degrees. He took the cup I had filled with ice ONLY not even water and threw it away. Even Starbucks gives you a cup of ice even water if you have ordered. I order my food and go inside very quickly so I can see it being prepared so they won’t do anything to my food. I literally eat here 3 or more times a week and shouldn’t be afraid or crying from disgusting treatment. I will also be emailing cooperate about other instances as well. This just 2 of 15 from those...
Read moreIf possible, I could give this location negative star. First of all, we do like the food there. We have had lots of drive through in this location since covid. 50% of the time, you will not get exactly what you ordered. So please do your diligent work by your self, and do not assume you will get what you pay for. Today, I did drove through with my 5 year old. I ordered two meals, along with a kid meal. After I paid and grabbed my food, I stopped at parking lot to check what was in my bag! The first thing I find is that they only gave me one mash potato instead of two. I had to walk into the restaurant to ask for one extra with my five year old. Then when I went back to my car, I found that they did not give me any of the sauces I ordered, these were obviously printed on the receipt. After having my 5 year old getting off and on the car, and putting on and off face mask, I decided to go through drive through again instead of walking in. The lady working there was not even feel sorry for the mistake she made, and only gave me one pack of each sauce flavor. Ok, I am fine with that. Drove back home, then I found that they did not even offer spoon for mash potato and napkins. The previous drive through experience was also similar to today’s. We ordered tender spicy, instead they gave us boned chicken or even chicken sandwich. However, they would never forget to charge you the price of food you ordered! That is just so ironic. This is the only Popeyes in north Scottsdale and I guess that is why it can still be opened with such terrible service. I will try the one 2 miles south on Indian bend staring...
Read moreMy experience at the N 90th Street location last week, and their refusal to contact me despite a voicemail and 2 separate surveys filled out, made that visit my last one and this would've gotten zero stars if possible. I went there hoping to go in, order a to go order, take the order home and enjoy it. The inside was closed, so against my better judgment I opted for drive-thru. When I place my order, paid and was handed my receipt I expected to receive what I ordered. I guess assuming it was accurate is my fault. I got home only to find that the only items that were correct were the drink and the biscuit. I had ordered the 3 piece mild tenders with mac and cheese as the side. I was given a 3 piece meal with 2 drumsticks included and a dark meat breast along with cajun rice for the side. If I wanted regular chicken, I would've ordered (and paid extra for) white meat as it's just what my taste buds prefer, and I don't like drumsticks. I called the location hoping to speak to a manager, no one answered the phone or returned the voicemail I left. I filled out the survey on the receipt-twice because I didn't realize until after filling out the first one just noting the side was wrong, so I filled out a second one about the chicken. I included my contact info and a request to be contacted about my survey answers. Needless to say, no one got back to me and I don't expect to hear from anyone to offer even an insincere apology. Do not ever go to this location if you can avoid it; go to the one on Indian Bend Rd near the 101 entrance...
