If you haven't been to The Local Donut, you're missing out on a next-level pastry experience. This isn't just a donut shop—it's an artisanal haven for anyone who loves creative, high-quality, and absolutely delicious baked goods.

The Spread: My favorite is the PB&J and i was trying out the Chantilly! Every donut here is crafted with care and packed with flavor.

This was my second time here. After a friendly chat i was given a sweet surprise with this now-iconic, Banana Blueberry oat donut! Imagine a banana bread-inspired donut—dense yet airy, bursting with real banana slices, sweet blueberry tartness, and finished with a banana chip and candied blueberry. It's indulgent, nostalgic, and downright addictive.

Vibes & People: One of the best things about The Local Donut? The people. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, you’re welcomed with the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a local business worth supporting. Good people making great donuts—what more could you ask for?

Final Verdict: If a pastry could spark an emotional journey, The Local Donut is proof. Whether you're here for a morning treat or a full-fledged donut affair, this spot delivers. 10/10 would recommend.

It is with shock and awe that I come to learn someone somewhere gave The Local Donut less than 5 stars!!

To all who may read this? The local donut is a rare and unusual bird.. truly one in a million places, food places, can achieve this perfect score. The Local Donut is one of those places.

If you haven’t had one of their trademark blueberry cake donuts? You don’t know what a donut really is. And this? Perhaps not even their strongest donut.

I have seen many imitators, I have never had such consistency and bewildering flavors as experienced from The Local Donut.

Haven’t tried it? Go in with kindness and an open mind and with plans you can cancel afterwards as you’ll just want to bask in the glistening glazed afterglow upon having finally found a donut and coffee experience that tops ALL OF THEM.

Here’s another fun fact: I DONT EVEN LIKE DONUTS!!! But I LOVE The Local Donut. Treat yourself. Treat others. Eat Local, treat local, and spread this donut happiness to those you hold dear. God Bless you Local Donut. Love, Your Favorite Ohioan who’s also coming in town next weekend for his Birthday :)...

I absolutely love this place. Especially now that they have mochi donuts they will forever have a loyal customer. Their donuts were already crazy good before that with their seasonal donuts they shuffle in and out. I literally have to drive 23 minutes (without traffic included) just to go and snag some of their amazingly delicious donuts. Today for example is their 4 year anniversary and they posted on their Instagram story that they had mango mochi donuts. I instantly called and asked to put aside 3 donuts for me and that I'd be there in 22 minutes. They once said to save donuts to call or email. But i highly suggest not emailing as I've tried that before and by the time i got there the ube mochi donuts were long gone. Thankfully they had a couple strawberry mochi donuts left so i tried out one of those. I love this place not only for their delicious food but the fact that it's a mom and pop feel and not corporate run like Krispy Kreme. With how close Krispy Kreme is to my house being half a mile a way id take the local donut any day over...

This is the nicest little locally owned place! I stumbled upon it by total accident, and I absolutely love it! 😍 The croissant was really good. The iced mocha was good, but with some customization (they were really patient and friendly about it), it was great! 🙌 The thing I enjoyed the most was the brown butter donut hole covered in corn flakes with sea salt. It was AMAZING!!! 🍩 Ezra was AMAZING and so friendly, polite, and best of all, SO PATIENT because of my nitpicky coffee customizations. Grace was so friendly and polite, with the most amazing, warm, and friendly smile. 😊 Cal seemed nice. However, I had no personal interaction with him. If you're looking for good donuts and wish to support a locally owned small business, then this is definitely the place you should choose! I will definitely be back! #SupportLocalBusinesses
