I placed a $30 mobile order for two sandwich’s, a wake up wrap, 50 munchkins, a hot chocolate & a coffee. This was on a Sunday morning around 9:00am. The place wasn’t that busy. I spent my daughter in with my friend to get the mobile order. I’m sitting in my car for 20 minutes now waiting on them watching everyone come & go out of the place. So I just tired of waiting & when in. My daughter told me that they were waiting on the 50 munchkins. Mind you it is now 9:25am & they still are not that busy. I asked the one girl if they were ready yet & she had to ask the girl that should have been putting the order together. They didn’t even start to get it. The girl that should have better getting it then wanted to see my mobile order, as the other girl walked away & started to get it. The one that should have been doing there job to begin with hot real mouthy & started to say about being short handed & under staffed. They were not that busy & had plenty of people standing around. Read moreThis dunkin use to be perfect. I don't have problems for years except the random order they got wrong. I always use the app so my order is written and clear. Lately it's wrongs every time. I always order 2 cream in my large ice coffee. Yesterday my coffee was almost white. I always order 5 swirl (which you're charged for the extra swirl) and haven't been receiving it. They NEVER put the correct amount of liquid sugar. I use to order 3 liquid sugars. But now it's barely sweetend so I have started ordering more and it's tastes exactly the same. I usually order a shot of espresso (also an upcharge) and haven't received it a few times. They're literally not reading the order and just doing whatever they want. The one that made me write an actual review today is my bagel. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Bot only is my bagel not toasted but it's completely cold. It's disgusting. I had to toss the whole thing.

Read moreWeirdest experience at a Dunkin' by far: you need to ask the cashier to buzz you in to the bathroom, which would be strange in and of itself. However, after I requested to enter the hollowed Dunkin' facilities, they stopped me from entering by yelling across the store, "Someone's using it now, so you'll need to wait."
After waiting for fifteen minutes, no one exited, and another gentleman had joined the line. Then, a manager started smacking both bathroom doors, calling out very specific names, and demanding that these specific people hurry.
I guessed it was (an) employee(s) based on the way she was yelling, but no one exited. As I had already bought donuts, I decided to find another restroom at another location, so I am sorry that I cannot tell you how this strange story ends. I can only say that I never learned what a bathroom is like that is so well guarded at a Dunkin' location. It does make you wonder - do they have fresh hot towels?
