Very mixed experience here. I ordered ahead online, Andy when I showed up I still had a few minutes until it was supposed to be ready so I waited patiently. I kept waiting and waiting, and began to see numerous people come up to the counter, order, and receive their food all while I waited. I asked the lady at the counter about my order and she said it was being worked on and would be just a few more minutes. 10 more minutes go by and we’re 20 mins after it was sized to be done, the other employee asked if I was waiting for an order. He looked and couldn’t find my order and gave a very dismissive “sometimes the orders don’t come all the way through from online”. Absolutely infuriating. Once I finally got my food, I had to eat fast due to all the wasted time. The food was delicious and some of the best garlic chicken I’ve had in a while. Due to the poor experience, I’m not sure I’d be in any rush to go back on my next trip through the airport.

Alright, Morty, listen up. I tried the Teriyaki Beef Short Rib at Poke to the Max in the Seattle airport, and it was... meh. The beef? Overcooked, Morty. Tough and lacking that juicy tenderness you'd expect. Not exactly an interdimensional culinary adventure, if you catch my drift. But wait, Morty, it gets weirder. They had the audacity to mix the Mac salad with potato salad. I mean, what in the multiverse were they thinking? It's like they were trying to create some kind of unholy fusion that just didn't work. I gotta give it a 2 out of 5, Morty. It's not the worst thing I've ever had, but it's far from mind-blowing. If you're in the Seattle airport and looking for a real flavor journey, I'd suggest exploring other dimensions of cuisine. There are plenty of options out there that won't leave you feeling like you just stumbled into an intergalactic disappointment. Wubba lubba dub dub, Morty!

Pretty decent place for an airport restaurant! It was nice that they had kiosk’s which i felt made the wait time very fast. Service was nice when we went up to grab our food. We ordered the spam musubi, i would give it a 3/10 since the spam piece was on the smaller/thinner end :( and there was just too much rice for my liking. The musubi also didn’t have any teriyaki sauce which would’ve made a good touch to it with the amount of rice used. We also ordered the garlic fried chicken plate and it was really good! Brought me back to a taste of home and really loved the mac salad because i haven’t ben able to find a mac salad close to Hawai’i in forever!! We will definitely be back to try the poke as we’ve heard nothing but good things about it from others!

The food was alright, the customer service needs improvement. I went up to the “order and go” side off to the left and spoke with this taller younger guy working the register. At first he was just standing there talking to a girl behind the counter, who eventually left after awhile. I wanted to try the firecracker shrimp, but the worker said they were out of shrimp, so then I asked if they were out of the garlic chicken as well, and he said no. I placed my order and stood off to the side, another customer came up behind me and placed an order next and stepped off to the side to wait alongside me. We both were waiting there a bit until the customer behind me received his order first which was fine. What I didn’t appreciate was after the customer received his order, the guy at the register came up to me and told me that I need to wait outside because I was disrupting the flow of traffic, which there was no one else waiting when he approached me. I feel like this worker was making a point to single me out, because he mentioned nothing to the customer who ordered directly after me after we’ve both placed our orders. It only became a problem after that customer after me received his order first. Not impressed with the worker and will not be bringing my business back here again...
