Mediocre at best

I have gone many times prior to the pandemic. In fact I had three cards full of punches from buying their dark mochas on the way out of town. 2 months ago, upon flying again, I asked to get a free mocha and showed one of the three cards (i had the other two in my hands). They staff person was so condescending and dismissive: "you have to join our rewards program and download our app.. we don't do cards anymore."

No I don't want to have you track me everywhere, share all my phone data, and use your app. But I put the cards back and said nothing. I already did the 30 mochas. But no point -- so i threw them away. I ordered a mocha, and a bagel.. which was supposed to be toasted with cream cheese. I waited 10 min. When I sat down 5 min after getting the bag, later at my gate, it was cold, barely any cream cheese. What was happening for 10 minutes? Not toasting.

Two days ago upon leaving town, I skipped the coffee and just got an egg salad sandwich for breakfast. Bland, between 2 slices of white bread as stale as possible, while still technically moveable. About one small egg without any added flavor, no salt or pepper, no mayo or yogurt to moisten it, and 2/3 of the bread had nothing on it. Just a center lump with crushed egg. It was awful. Dry. Flavorless. 2 bites of bland dry egg. For $8.

That's the end of my visits to them. There are couple of new places in the B terminal that just opened that are actually trying and want to sell you something good. That's the new leaving town plan.

NOTE: the owner replied with a form letter. That all the other comments get too. Clearly they aren't interested in producing anything good or having good customer service at the counter. I know the pandemic has been tough. But why are other places more reasonable, nice and selling something worth eating? I'm done...

I was so excited to get something here as the place caught my attention as soon as I walked by. Sadly , the employees working there made my experience a poor one. If it wasn't for the food and coffee , I'd give it a 1 star. I ordered a Signature Mocha and a Macchiato shot . I asked about the difference between macchiato and another shot and the girl ringing me up seemed pretty bothered explaining. I also got a raspberry croissant which she asked if I wanted it warmed, which I chose. You have to wait for them to call your name ( I assume they know the name by the card if you pay by card, as I wasn't asked for it). The ordered came in quick , however they did not put my signature mocha ( which I already placed ), she assumed I didn't need it. We were arguing about that and I had to tell her again that I also ordered that one. They rang me a second time, without even apologizing. When my macchiato came , I wasn't sure if it was sweet, I asked the girl and she said yes, it has sugar. Apparently she did not pay attention to my question, as it was not sweet at all . I had to go back and add some sugar . The croissant was good but the raspberry filling was falling out as I reached to it, it even fall on my shoes, so pay attention if you order that. Prices are pretty high like any airport, a sandwich is $12 and up . At least if their service could justify it. I won't stop here if I ever come through this airport again. And by the way , you get no receipt...

Said I have an OAT ALLERGY. Why did my coffee come with OAT MILK!!!

If I had an allergy that led to anaphylaxis they would have killed me!!!

I have Celiac disease and i am VERY sensitive to gluten, so when I ordered their signature mocha I made sure to request that my milk was heated in a clean pitcher so there was no cross contamination with the oat milk. The barrista wrote on my cup "use clean pitcher to heat milk. Oat allergy"

When I recieved my drink I tried it and it tasted a little different than a normal mocha (it tasted like oat milk), but I thought there was no way they used oat milk after writing that on the cup.

No it was oat milk and the next morning I became violently sick (delayed reactions are common with celiac). This ruined an entire day of my holiday with my husband and his family since I spent the day in the hotel on the bathroom floor. (Think salmonella level of sick)

Absolutely unacceptable. I wish I took a photo of my cup before I threw it away to show just how clearly it said OAT ALLERGY. but I'm across the country now and was just stopping by SeaTac so I can't talk to them anyway.

So if you have an allergy DO NOT go here! I can't imagine if my...

I used to adore the Dilettante 72% mocha. Just bought one (first in about five years), not an intense chocolate flavor as I recalled. Just a typical sweet mocha. My husband gets Starbucks mochas frequently. He commented that it was “nice and sweet.” THE WHOLE POINT of the dilettante 72% is that it’s supposed to be CHOCOLATE, not SWEET! The manager, who seemed very pleasant (and gave me butter, so kind), told me I should stir. Stirring did not make a difference. I got to the bottom of the cup, no deep dark unsweet chocolate. The xgrande mocha 72% cost $7.70. I asked for it to be made with 1/2 and 1/2 which was a $1.25 upcharge. It’s a bit sad, because I was really excited that our delayed flight made it possible to stop at Dilettante. What a disappointment.

Possibly the best egg and cheese breakfast sandwich I have ever had, at an airport or otherwise!!! I wish I had time to go back and ask what bread they use as it was the softest/fluffiest/chewy-est (in a good way) bread ever. It wasn’t cheap at ~$10 but nothing at an airport really is. The oats, also at $10, were quite terrible. The Ellenos Marion berry greek yogurt was a delicious find (albeit sweetened with added sugar) - a greek yogurt made in Seattle. Service was polite and quick, exactly what you’d expect on a busy airport morning.
