I was initially grateful for this place when I discovered it before heading back home. I was the LAST order of the night after passing through security. I ordered a margarita pizza with chicken. After RECEIVING my order from one of the employees there, I went to my gate. Once I sat down and saw that my order was completely wrong (some sort of pizza or calzone with pork and pepperoni - mind you, I CAN'T eat pork), I walked back to the location which is now closed but the same employee that took my order, VimoneL, was cleaning.

Once I got VimoneL's attention, with her rude attitude she says, "You picked up the wrong order." My response was, "How was I to know that when yall placed it in front of me? I stood over at the spot where you pick up orders the whole time and the lady gave me the box from her hand." She went on with statements like, "You should have verified and checked your order. It's not our fault you picked up the wrong order." Mind you I was the last order made. Everyone else was turned away. I told her, remake my order or give me my money back. She rudely took my card, but was still fussing while I waited on her which made me more angry.

I have 2 different receipts with two different kind of numbers now - (1st receipt 682, 2nd receipt 685).

I'm sharing because even in a misunderstanding, there's a way an establishment treat their customers. Her attitude triggered me into getting angry and telling her off. I wasn't upset until she initiated the conversation blaming me for something THEY did.

Lastly, I highly understand the system in place. Verification is not my job because you never want to cross contaminate anyone's food. There was no number on my pizza box because the other employee just gave me my order as if my order was the correct one they were giving to me.

I don't like the way I was treated, and not only should an apology should be given, they need to better screen your employers and correct this one's recent actions.

I now have a 5 hr. flight and...

During a layover at SeaTac Airport, after a grueling 31-hour flight and awaiting my final leg towards Eastern Washington, I decided for a classic comfort food – pizza. With the weather seemingly perfect for a cozy meal, I was drawn to Pallino, known for its pleasant ambiance and notably friendly staff.

Choosing to go vegetarian, I ordered the Pallino Veggie Pizza, anticipating a perfect choice after a long flight.

The staff at Pallino were commendable. They were genuinely attentive and welcoming, creating a hospitable and comfortable dining environment. This level of service, especially in an airport setting, was impressive and appreciated.

However, the high point of my experience ended there. The overwhelming saltiness of the pizza was a significant letdown. Each bite was overshadowed by an excessive saltiness that compromised the fresh flavors of the vegetables. This was not just a minor flaw but a major drawback that made the meal unenjoyable.

The potential for a great meal was there, but unfortunately, it was lost in the imbalance of flavors. For those considering Pallino at SeaTac, this might serve as a cautionary note to communicate your seasoning preferences clearly. I am sorry to say I cannot recommend...

I travel quite a bit for pleasure and enrichment. On Friday, September 22 2023 I found myself at Sea-Tac awaiting a flight. I decided I needed food while waiting so after checking out every food venue in concourse c, I decided to go to the main hall and there I saw Pallino's.

Pallino's has choices other than pizza and that is a plus. The menu included pastas, salads, breakfast items and pastries. Quite a selection for an airport take out.

I ordered a Meat lovers pizza at the suggestion of Cristal. I prefer wood or coal-fired pizza so I got my wish with the special pizza oven that they use. I was not disappointed. The crust was almost perfect. The red sauce and other seasonings complemented the crust.

It was not inexpensive BUT it was as at the airport in expensive Seattle. The order taker was friendly and helpful. Service was quick despite the long line of customers and airport employees. I would definitely eat there again and I would recommend it if you find yourself at Sea-Tac during lunch or dinner time. The downside is that they do not have their own seating but there is seating nearby.

I am a tough grader but I give...

Unremarkable clam chowder combined with an insulting experience. I simply ordered a bowl of clam chowder the teller handed to me. It was $10.50 When you go to check out on the payment terminal with a card or Apple Pay, it only gives you options to tip or figure out yourself to take additional action right in front of the teller to hit “other” and do extra stuff to obviously not tip them right in front of them. This is a scam to guilt customers into paying more than they were expecting. Nobody expects to pay 20 percent extra out of the good for their heart on a $10.50 bowl of clam chowder being handed to you. Then, surprise guilt trip! Feels super gross. I won’t return to this establishment. This is a clearly intentional technique to make prices look lower by offloading the cost of labor to the guilt of customers attracted by the lower prices. They don’t even have their own seating area to maintain.
