I have gone to Baybrooks for years (even before the hurricane demolished the building). However, the last two times I have gone to Baybrooks, I have received very poor customer service. While I like the seafood, it is inexcusable to have rude, unfriendly workers. The workers don't smile, they look as though they hate their job and they rush you to hurry up and order. We were there today (Sat.) around 2 pm, it was not crowded and we were a group of 10 women. I spent $100 and I'm sure many of the other ladies spent almost as much. Many of the ladies complained about the service once we boarded the bus. If I am paying for something, I should be able to choose what I want, not what you want me to have. If you say you want the small shrimp and before they can bag it, change your mind to the larger shrimp, they become very upset and begin hastily throwing your items into the bag. My motto is 3 strikes and you're out, so they have one more opportunity to keep my business or I will take it to one of the other seafood markets located there. I have to say the lady working the register was friendly and courteous as she took our $. Note to Owner: Please send your workers to a customer service class before you lose your customers!
