The guy at the front never greeted us or offered pleasantries, first words were to tell my son to stop touching the black strap on the line divider... then just stared at us. Luckily the young lady swooped in and sweetly began taking our orders. We began directing all of our communications to her, and he finally snapped out of his trance and asked if he could get us anything else. Just such a contrast of excellent customer service vs poor communication/ customer relations. I sympathize wholeheartedly with the difficulty retaining workers. He may be a hard working consistent employee that always shows up early, but perhaps he should either be given tasks behind the scenes or be taught acceptable communication skills. Read moreWent there today with family. Ice cream and coffee was great...spent close to $90 in total (for 8 ppl). Staff...HORRIBLE! There were 4 ppl working. A curly red haired young lady, brown haired heavy-set young lady, a man and another younger brown haired young lady. The only 1 my family of 8 didn't interact with was the last young lady. The other 3, it was clear in their attitudes and on their faces that they did not care to be there and the rudeness was evident. All the customers were a complete inconvenience to them. My children (teens) even noticed their surly attitudes and asked why are they like that. Will not be back again.

She proceeded to make my order, as she finished she came to take a second order who also ordered Hot Chocolate. She proceeds to tell the other person "you could have said something while I was over making his order". Not really sure that is appropriate to say to a customer who, 1 is supporting your business, and 2 said nothing to you that would have provoked that kind of response to her order.
