Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Seabrook

i work the front desk at a hotel, so needless to say we have a lot of orders come through. My experience with this location has been absolutely terrible. I received a call from dominoes stating the got the wrong CC number for the order they had placed. i called the room and it turned out they had not ordered pizza. I called and spoke to the manager, a woman, who was extremely. I tried to explain the situation and if she could call the other store to let them know the driver had the wrong address. She promptly told me there was nothing they could do, and then i was hung up on. I called again 3 times with no answer. 4th call i spoke to the same lady who hung up on me again. I managed a REAL pizza parlor for almost 10 years and still work in the customer service industry and the attitude and service i received from the manager was completely unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be letting my guests at the hotel know not to order from this location. They need to replace the whole staff. I will be contacting corporate in the morning and will be going into the store to speak with someone face to face about their pitiful...

I ordered a pizza online Sunday night and the email confirmation said it would be ready in 15 minutes, i waited about 10 minutes to leave my house to go pick up my order. I get there and the so called "General Manager" Ashley Kamman (I say that because she was the most unprofessional person i have ever met) told me it would be bit longer. So i sat and waited for about 15-20 minutes, during such wait time her and another employee were loudly arguing about how she shouldn't have taken that position blah blah blah. the phone was ringing the WHOLE time i was waiting no one ever answered it, it was just a constant ring! Other people were walking in just looking at me like "is this a joke?"Finally y food is ready and she has one of the cooks check me out, He was not able to provide me with change since he couldn't open the cash drawer so he asked for her help and she RUDELY stormed over the the register snagged the change and pretty much threw it in my hand and walked away. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR, I WOULD!!!! I GAVE THIS LOCATION ONE TWO MANY CHANCES.. AND EVERYTIME IT SEEMS TOO GET WORST! THEY ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDERS!!! BUT TONIGHT.. 05/25/17 WAS THE LAST STRAW ! I ORDERED A 12 PIECE PIE ! THEY GAVE ME 8 PIECES ! SO I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW. AND THE GUY TRIED TO TELL ME THATS HOW THEY MAKE IT. EXCUSE ME? I ORDER THE SAME THING FROM YOU GUYS ALL THE TIME AND 8 SLICES IS NEVER IN MY ORDER. ANN I NEVER EVEN KNEW YOU GUYS GIVE 8 SLICES! THEN HE SAID HE'LL TALK TO THE MANAGER THE MANAGER IN THE BACK GROUND ASKED IF I ATE IT YET WHICH I DID NOT.. HE SAID OKAY THEY'LL SEND ANOTHER ONE THAT WAS AT 8:39PM I CALLED BACK AT 9:39 PM THEY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK AGAIN.. THEY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR 30MINS.. NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE PHONE. I CALLED AGAIN THEY PICKED UP AND HUNG IT UP AGAIN... IT IS NOW 10:15PM STILL NO PIZZA.. I DON'T EVEN WANT IT ANYMORE !!!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FOOD...
