This was HORRIBLE!!! We arrived 654 pmand waited 25 minutes which is not bad. Got to our table and got our drinks and ordered at 720 pm. It took until 830 pm to get our food. My burger had half cooked bacon on it. I ordered extra crisp bacon. I asked the server to correct this. She said it will be out shortly. It NEVER arrived. My burger was cold and over cooked to the point it was like leather. The bun was toasted to the point it was hard. My fries were cold. I had asked for some ranch dressing. NEVER got it. My husband ordered fajitas . They came out barely warm. My mother had chicken crispers with broccoli. The broccoli was cold. Her fries were cold. She asked for butter to put on her broccoli before she realized it was cold.. The waitress brought out butter flavored oil.. And was told thats all they have for butter.. Our drinks sat empty most of our meal until I demanded refills. I requested the manager. He came out and said well I have all new staff and I don't have enough time to watch them all. He never offered to remake the food. Said he would give us a discount. We had ordered a 2 for $25 deal and ordered a chocolate chip cookie. We had finished our meal and the waitress brought us a dirty kiosk to pay for our meal. I asked about our cookie. The waitress said oh you want it. I asked for it to go. She told us that the chocolate syrup was in a box but she only made $2.68 an hour and she wasn't going to get it out of a box. She don't get paid enough for that. When the cookie arrived it was cold and hard as a rock. The bill was $37 and some change. The manager only took off $18 from the check. I was horribly upset. The kiosk was nasty it had something all over it.. see my attacked picture.. My meal was cold, over cooked and was not able to eat it. My mother was only able to eat her chicken crispers. This IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! TO WAIT AN HOUR TO GET FOOD THAT WAS COLD IS TOTALLY WRONG. I hope to speak to the General Manager and the Owner on Monday. I have been a loyal Chilis customer. But I will not ever go to this one again. I took my family here to celebrate my husband coming in from Arizona for Christmas. And got a HORRIBLE MEAL. I am so...
Read moreWorst Chili's in the U.S, hands down. Time and time again this place has screwed me over to the verge of me deciding to express my pissed/angry feelings in this review. First of all the service sucks, both dine in and to go. I've dined in, waited 2 hours to get food. Or been seated and waited 10 minutes to get drinks. Now to the to go. I've ordered food to go three times with terrible experiences. The first time I ordered to go and it took them over an hour to have my food ready. I got home and opened the box, what do I find? An undivided to go box with all my food mixed together, sauces and all. What am I? A pig? No. I'm not a pig, I don't eat slop out of a bucket. On to my second experience. Long story told short the same thing as my first. Exactly the same. And for the grand finale. Today I ordered to go. I called it in, and of course the most unenthusiastic employee answers. I have perfect hearing but honestly I could barely understand a word this particular employee said. Oh but I did hear one thing. We're out of buns, is that okay? I said yes, but I wanted to say, "I'm short $10 is that okay?" So ten minutes later I'm on my way to get the food and I get a call from chili's. Apparently there out of egg rolls too so I'll have to change my order. WOW. And this supposed to be a finer dining establishment? I don't even think McDonald's runs out of buns or Big Macs all of a sudden. But I kept my mouth shut, walked in the to go area, and peacefully waited for 7 minutes without one person coming to the counter to give me my order, which I could see sitting on a counter. Finally another employee walks in and yells to the to go counter employee, (who's somewhere in the back doing nothing I assume), that a customer is in the waiting area. I get home, and guess what? No dividers separating my food. Once again. All I can say is this place needs to be completely gone through, organized, with fires and hires on the agenda. I'd be ashamed to be called the manager or CEO over an establishment such as this one. Zero stars. (Microphone drop, you just...
Read moreUPDATE- We decided to finally give it another try and this time the food and the service was amazing. No complaints at all and I'm usually not one to complain especially like this. But, the last few times before this was pretty bad. I'm very happy something changed. Or at least for the night it did. Hopefully it stays that way, we really enjoyed our meals and our time together. ❤️ Thank you Chili's staff for all you did to make sure we had all we needed and more. We really appreciate it. 🙏
OLD REVIEW- I can't say anything good about our time here. First of all we waited by the door for so long I ended up having to call and tell them we were standing there waiting eventhough they barely had anyone there.. it wasn't packed at all.. Had to send the steaks back a few times to get them well done. By the way we had the 2 for $25 meals... They didn't come with garlic butter on them neither did the broccoli which is the best part. We had to ask for it then it was cold and didn't even melt.. Not to mention we had a hair that looked like a mustache hair in our chips and salsa. Barf!!! 🤢🤮 seems like every time we go there it just gets worse. The place isn't very clean either. Trash overflowing in the bathroom. Overall bad experience for my family and I hate that bc we love Chili's. EDIT- We went back... Same thing... But, this time we ordered 10oz steaks and got 6oz. The manager took 2 dollars off our ticket instead of giving us our 10oz steaks which costs like $21 dollars each. This makes me so mad because we love Chili's in different towns. This one here in Searcy sucks. They need new management. Someone who actually cares about how the...
