Place, Searcy Arkansas, 72143 Business, dominos Problem, the last dour times we've ordered from them our order has been screwed up. The food had been spot on. HAD BEEN.
The first screw up was all our toppings slid to one end of the pizza. We blew it off, anyone can have a boo-boo.
The second screw up was all our toppings slid to one end of the pizza again, plus they forgot our soda and had to go back for it.
The third screw up was all our toppings slid to one end of the pizza and they brought cinnamon sticks instead of garlic bread sticks. I called and they said they'd get them right out but no one ever brought the bread sticks or called back....I let it go.
The fourth and final time, the wife orders a pizza. We wait. It's been an hour and a half. She calls. She inquires. They tell het there's nothing in the system, she explains she's been charged and it says carry out for some reason. The guy says..."oh, let me look". It actually IS IN THE SYSTEM! Well, how 'bout that.
I'm not even on the phone, simply in the room and I say "that's the fourth time they've screwed up our order, just cancel it". I could hear the guy on the phone, not on speaker btw, and he was saying "if your husband is just going to yell, I'm just going to hang up. I don't have to be yelled at by anyone".
I wasn't even on the line. I heard him...was he yelling?
We called corporate. They said it's a franchise owned store, (that's always the excuse these days).
Dominos is going back downhill, maybe not everywhere but in Searcy Arkansas and San Diego California they aren't worth...
Read more2 times now I have had a bad experience with this place we just moved here 2 weeks ago and the 1 time I ordered was last week I ordered 3 large hand tossed pizzas I got home and had none of the right toppings and it was thin I live 30 minutes away from this location. There was no driving back in time they were about to close so the next morning I called to complain got left on hold for forever I hung up called back that evening not able to reach manager. So then Christmas eve I was running low on groceries all kids wanted for dinner was pizza so I called and ordered I got stuck in traffic and told them I was running a few minutes behind again 30 minutes away from where I live I was going to be there at 9.05 and they close at 9 the lady asked me did you pay for it already I said no but I'm 5 minutes away I have cash she says sorry we are closing 9 on the dot no one will be here to give it to you... stores were closed and wasn't able to give my kids pizza like they wanted for our xmas eve movie night. 2 times now bad service do better...

My friends and I ordered two medium pizzas and a Dr. Pepper from this location at 6:50, and the mobile app stated that the pizzas were out of the oven at 7:11. At 7:37, we hadn't heard anything about the pizzas, so we called in, and they said that they had LOST THE PIZZAS and promptly hung up on us after divulging this information. At 7:57, we decided to look for other pizza options, but at 8:02, over AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES after placing our order, the mobile app finally updated, telling us the pizzas were out for delivery. After a frustrating evening of dealing with this ridiculous location, the pizzas finally arrived. We were forced to pay full price for our meal, a total of $19.23. This location made absolutely no effort to make reparations for our problems, and we will never, under any circumstances, order from here again.
In summary, save yourself time and effort and just order from Papa John's and get yourself some...
