I would typically 5 star this any day of the week, but after having to call 5-10 times over the last few months (and also having to take my food back inside multiple times) when ordering my food for curbside because of the wrong orders is ridiculous. I haven’t reviewed or made a big fuss about it before, but when I try to tell them this time what was wrong (and it literally being everyone but the drinks) and getting awful service on the phone has done it for me. The service from the girl who brought it out was awful, and that’s hard to do. She literally didn’t say anything to me even though I said hello and thank you. When I called and got put through to the manager Will, all he gave was excuses on why it could have happened. Apparently he thinks it’s okay to do this since they are working more than 20-30 hours a week. To me, when I spend $26 on food for 2 people, I expect to receive what I have ordered. Even if it takes more than the time it normally would, I would rather get the correct food. They couldn’t even give us a refund for the incorrect food when I told him that I don’t want anything else from the restaurant. Read moreI give it one star for the front staff being very nice, and another star simply because past experiences with it have been good. Tonight had the worst from the cool side of it. Sandwhich asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. My lady asked for no onions because shes allergic, the soup came out with onions on it so she asked that it be sent back, literally was just scooped of the top and then sort of recovered. She ended up not being able to eat it since she kept having to pick onions out of it. I understand they have probably hired a bunch of newer staff because it's just that time of year but come on. I can handle tomatoes, fine no big deal I'll just eat it anyways (I don't trust sending food back and cooks not screwing with it) but someone sending food back because an allergy when was requested it not be on there and just scrape it off? That's just a bad lawsuit from the wrong person waiting to happen. Little dissappointing. Hope they get some better...

They offer FREE Sweet Tea if you download their App. I'm visiting; this is my third (3rd) day to visit this place. I paid for the tea already, for two (2) days and requested to have the tea today without Downloading the App as I don't live here and there is not any purpose for that App being on my phone for my remaining few days; the Manager Marvin (Searcy locations), REFUSED! How profoundly IGNORANT and HORRIFIC is that; pathetic?
