Sold my fiancé a completely rotten strawberry shake today with literal visible mold…. offered a refund on only the shake. Whoever answered the phone acted as if they didn’t know what to do or even how much the drink was. For a drink that is 4$ you would think they would clean the machine as it should be regularly maintained. I as a previous worker at a McDonald’s would know. As I used to close front counter and I cleaned our machines. They acted as if it wasn’t that big of a deal even tho it can in fact cause someone to have a smash flu to ingest rotten milk and mold, first please check your machine, second please check your drinks before you hand them out. Lastly, please make sure to always clean the dispense zone as it is the biggest problem area for mold and debris. I truly don’t see how they didn’t smell how rotten it was my fiancé threw it away and it was stinking up his job. They had to literally take the bag out to the dumpster outside it was so rotten. Completely uncalled for but truly the lack of caring is what makes it more frustrating for me as I would never allow a customer to leave my facility without a free meal and a refund. I used to have inspectors come in and praise our front lobby/ front line for the deep cleaning I would do. So, when I say that I know this is from a lack of cleaning from experience I truly can say that with out question. Please be mindful of your drink stations as well, they all need to be...
Read moreOn Jan 7 around 7pm I decided to take my Daughter and Girlfriend to McDonald's in Searcy AR. I did a mobile order and pulled up to the drive thru. After about 5 minutes they asked us what we wanted and we told them our mobile order number then pulled up. We sit in line for another 10 mins while my Daughter started crying because she was tired. We finally got to the window and the lady that was never didn't look at us or even open the window for over 5 mins. We are about 20 minutes in at this point. People start pulling out of line and going in to get their food and since we were getting nowhere at the window we did the same. I then went in to get the food and as soon as I walked in the drive thru lady was yelling that someone come help the lady at the window because she was going to pull her thru the window and hurt her. She was cussing and yelling the entire time and then just left and said she was going to break. We and four other people were standing and waitefor our food for over 15 minutes before we got anything. 35 minutes to go thru the drive thru. The manger on duty did not try in any way to talk to any customers or even the employees that were cussing everyone out. We will never go back to this McDonald's. I have never in my life seen such horrible leadership or customer service. This place should be...
Read moreI've never left a bad review before, but this was bad enough that it seemed worth it. I've had a lot of bad experiences at a lot of McDonalds, but I just received the most disappointing McFlurry of my life. McFlurrys made right (at other locations) are my favorite food, and they're so good! However, what I just received was a cup full of vanilla soft-serve yogurt with a light dusting of Oreo crumbs on top. I know this because it still had the same shape as it does when it comes out of the soft serve machine. They didn't even attempt to stir or blend it or disguise the fact that they didn't care. It wasn't filled up all the way, either. Even before that, I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes, and the whole time no one said anything or took my order. I even said hello several times. I finally pulled up to the payment window and ordered there. Nothing about this experience was worth it, and I don't recommend eating here at all. It's not worth your time or money.
(The first picture was taken after I had eaten a couple bites, but you can't see the "soft serve" look I was talking about. The second picture is a Google photo I found to illustrate what I mean when I say it looked like...
