Updated Review: Still fantastic. Literally came back just to update this review because I’m eating it right now and honestly? Evergreens Seatac has done it again. Got the Steaks on a Plane breakfast bowl and it’s amazing. It’s like a deconstructed steak burrito tossed with salad and quinoa, has scrambled egg in it too. What continuously impresses me is the QUALITY of all the components. It’s the little things like having Tillamook white cheddar vs. lower quality shredded cheese. All the veg tastes fresh. The scrambled eggs are light and fluffy. Even the STEAK is surprisingly tender and well seasoned. And the whole item itself also works together so it seems they’ve really thought through their flavor and texture combinations. However, even better is that if you prefer, they’ll happily exclude or sub out components and with no charge. For a fast casual restaurant, I expect way worse but Evergreens continues to shoot way past expectations. Honestly couldn’t be more thrilled to get my nutrients in and have a tasty meal too. AND it’s fast! I got my food in 5 minutes tops today. Also for today in particular, I even got an extra salad bowl for the plane in addition to the breakfast bowl I ate before boarding. I’m that big of a fan. Go to Evergreens after security, grab some tasty and healthy food, and make life easier for yourself! No need to hunt near your gate.

The best place to eat in Seatac and it’s not even close. Pic doesn’t do it justice, forgot to take a pic until I was already chowing down - should tell you something about how good it is. FYI this was the Jalapeño Business warm bowl.
Evergreens is reliably fast, healthy, and delicious. I travel often and I’m not joking, I get it every time I travel. I’ve TRIED to find other comparable places to eat in Seatac and I can’t find one. At this point I’ve probably been to this specific Evergreens 20+ times in the last few years - I clearly wouldn’t have done that if it wasn’t good. Save yourself time and just go here if you want to keep up your nutrition, eat food with great flavor and texture, AND get your meal quickly.
Other notes: this location I actually find to be better than the locations in town. Also, the staff is very diverse and that’s really nice to see, it makes it feel really...
Read moreWhen we arrived to order food it was 9:53 pm, and they close at 10:00. The cashier who is on this photo told us it was already closed, and I asked her if we could order since it was still 5 minutes to closed, she completely ignored us, she was on her phone and didn't even bothered to looked at me and answered me, then I asked what was her name, but she ignored me again until I started recording, after she saw I was recording she immediately recognized us and told us we can still order food if I wanted, then, i told her no thank you it seems you are more busy on your phone than selling us some food, then the other girl who was cleaning approached us and started insulting us and asking us to leave and stop recording she said just leave and go get youreyelashes done, very disrespectful, I can't believe there is people like these working here, people don't appreciate their jobs and don't respect the clients neither the owners, they just care about leaving early, clock in and clock out, don't care if a client is really hungry or if the owners want to sell more and close on the scheduled time. It's so unfortunate that these people are working just to get a paycheck and do not have any customer service skills, we got there to grab something to eat before our plane departed but it was so disappointing we didn't got serviced because it was 7 minutes before closing. If was to be the owner of these place I would definitely have a talk to these employees, they should understand is us the customers who pay their salary, just with the service they denied us it could have been 2 hours of their pay rate. So I hope someone...
Read moreThe love affair with Evergreens is officially over. They raised their prices about 30% overnight, but that's not the worst if it. They have no real vegetarian options, except for asking for "no bacon" or "no steak" on their bowls or wraps. But, and get this... they do now have vegan chorizo as a protein option.....but you CAN'T substitute it. They want an extra $3.75. So they want you to pay for the steak, not get it, and then pay extra for the substitute. So around $18 for a breakfast wrap. Ok, it's an airport, I know I'm gonna get abused, but they are just gratuitous about it. I've been there well over 100 times in the past, but I will never go again....
Ok. A week or so later and I am updating this review from one star to three after receiving feedback from the owner, who said yes, you can substitute proteins. So I went to Evergreens and ordered a SWBound wrap without bacon--substituting the vegan chorizo. The poor employees were still in the dark about it. Luckily a manager was there, and after some discussion it was decided that you can substitute the proteins chicken/pork/steak for vegan chorizo....but not bacon. Not bacon? Bacon is a protein, and obviously....made from pork. Nevertheless, they were very accommodating and let me substitute vegan chorizo for the bacon this time. I am not convinced that the next time I go there (if the manager is not there) I will be able to substitute anything for anything else without a hefty charge, but it's still a step...
