UPDATED REVIEW — FROM 1 STAR TO 5 STARS I originally had a 1-star experience due to extremely small portions and poor attitude from one staff member (older woman, dark hair, of Indian descent). My bowl wasn’t even half full, I was given a tiny amount of rice and guac, and anytime I asked for a bit more, I was treated like I was being rude. It was disappointing, especially after starting off with a super friendly young team member who brought great energy. I paid around $14 for a bowl that felt like it was worth $7 tops. BUT HERE’S WHY I’M GIVING 5 STARS NOW: Qdoba Guest Relations personally reached out after seeing my review. They didn’t just toss me a coupon—they genuinely cared and offered me a full redo at the same location. I went back and recorded the entire visit to see if anything had changed behind the scenes. To my surprise, they clearly did some internal coaching, because the entire staff was warm, professional, and generous with portions. It was a night-and-day difference. The company showed me they care about even ONE customer’s experience and do their best to make things right—not just with food, but by actually improving the service. That speaks volumes. Thank you, Qdoba, for turning it around. You earned this 5-star review.

We got to the airport early and looked at the food options near the TSA security area. There were some cool options, but many of them were pretty expensive. We were going to get McDonald's, but the kiosks did not offer any deals. We decided that if we were going to pay $10 for 2 McChickens, we might as well survey other options! I have not been to Qdoba before, but I know it is similar to Moe's or Chiptole. The line was not very long so I got in line and ordered a pulled pork quesadilla with a side of sour cream. The price for it was pretty reasonable, about the same as the last time I went to a Chiptole. One thing I appreciated about them making my quesadilla was that they added the cheese and the meat, and then further down the line, they asked if I wanted more cheese. I said YES. It took a few minutes for it to cook in the quesadilla maker, so some people had to pass me in line. The person working the register was so sweet! The food itself was delicious. The pulled pork was very good and went very well with the cheese. The sour cream was great. There is a seating area so we were able to get a table and sit down before heading to our gate. Overall, we had a nice experience here!

There are some really bad dining options at SeaTac Airport - places that average like 1.5-2 stars and cost $20+ per person. Fortunately, this Qdoba exists! It had been years since I'd eaten at a Qdoba, and I was very pleasantly surprised by this experience. My family all got different variations of the cheese-crusted quesadillas - they were excellent and very large portions relative to the price. The food was so good that we are now going to look into Qdoba again once we're home, which is a surprising result. Highly recommend if you need something to eat at this airport (worth the walk regardless of terminal).

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the pricing issue I encountered during my recent visit to your establishment. I believe the way my concern was handled reflects unfair treatment, and I am compelled to bring this to your attention in the hopes of resolving this matter appropriately. During my visit, I specifically requested a large breakfast. However, I was charged the regular lunch-size price despite receiving a portion that was far smaller than what I would expect for a large-size breakfast. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff, I was told that the price was determined because I did not include eggs in my order. This explanation is both illogical and unacceptable. The absence of eggs should not result in being charged for something I did not order or consume. I have the right to customize my breakfast without being penalized for it. This situation highlights a lack of transparency in your pricing policies. Nowhere was it indicated that the absence of eggs would affect the portion size or the pricing of my breakfast. As a customer, I rely on your team to provide clarity and fairness when it comes to billing. Instead, I left feeling misled and treated unfairly, which significantly diminished my trust in your establishment. What makes this matter even more disappointing is the dismissive attitude I experienced from your staff when I tried to explain my concern. Rather than addressing the issue with understanding and empathy, they dismissed my complaint, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business practices. I urge you to review your pricing structure and the training provided to your team. Customers should not be penalized for personal preferences or dietary choices, and your staff should be equipped to handle complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, I request a refund or a partial credit for the overcharge I experienced, as this is the least that can be done to rectify this situation. I hope you take this complaint seriously and implement changes to prevent similar issues in the future. As someone who values fairness and transparency, I expect a prompt response and resolution to...
