After getting to the airport 5 hours prior to our flight and being informed Seattle's Airport does not allow check ins earlier than 4 hours prior to flight departure, my husband and I went to Vintage Victoria (one of the only restaurants not inside the gate) to get a snack, charge our phones, and watch the football games. As soon as we sat down at a table the waitress (Stacy) came over and said "how about you guys decide what you want to eat before you set up camp here". That statement was our very first impression of the restaurant. We ordered a snack and water to which Stacy responded "that's it?". When Stacy brought our waters over she slammed the glass on the table. She later brought our food and she never came back over again to see if we needed refills or anything else until we requested our check. We felt very disrespected that she never even spoke a word to us after she took our order and made us feel like a huge inconvenience. We also overheard her speaking to other customers about how she was ready to go on break.
Wish we had read the reviews prior to wasting our money and time at this restaurant...unfortunately the only thing that even brought us to see these reviews was because we felt so compelled to write a review about our horrible experience. Avoid this place if you can...management obviously needs to do something about this one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy friend and I met at the airport on her quick change over flight and decided to eat here. She order the crab soup, crab dip and I order the turkey roles. As we are eating she holds up her soup and says what is that, a clam? I looked and said I don't know. She takes the bite and immediately spits out powder all over the table and into her napkin! She emptied her napkin onto the table and a gel capsule fell out with more powder! She is said that is pharmaceutical, it's bitter. We call over the waitress and she takes it back to the kitchen. The whole time my friend is freaking out, she is a cancer survivor and has to be careful with medication crossing eachother. We explained all of this to the waitress and not once did a manager or supervisor come to the table. All the did was dump the soup! They did not charge us for our lunch, but nobody in management come to talk to us. My friend has to have the powder tested to make sure she will be ok. Not something someone should ever go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot to the airport and hour and a half early to pick my father up at the airport and we went to go pick our table so that we could see him when he came through the gate and the very rude waiter made a sign across his throat and said āno. Weāre closed.ā So fine - we left but not only were they not closed - there are other people that they have served that they are laughing and talking with. So I decided to look up the hours and not only did I stumble across the other negative reviews but discovered that they donāt actually close until 11 pm. I would avoid this place at all costs. Thereās a starbucks right across from them that is delicious and the employees are so much nicer! Go there! I would leave no stars but I have to leave at least 1 star so that I can leave a review - however negative. Not only is there no way to call them - the number that google shows is the number to the...
