This place has a ton of potential. The food we ordered was great. We ordered the shrimp rice bowl and the grilled pork bowl. The pork was grilled perfectly and the dish was tasty. I can tell the owner definitely cares and is passionate about making sure people are served well. Owner is quite charming and helpful which is nice to see.

Opportunities for improvement:

Service: The service wasn’t bad but they are definitely understaffed. I don’t know their situation but I think having a couple extra support to take orders, run food, bartend, or check up on people could greatly improve service. Having Hoisin and Sriracha bottles at each table in addition to some chop sticks would also greatly help service. I felt the need to ask for all of those items, however didn’t want to slow down service for everyone else by requesting for this.

Menu: The menu seems overly complicated. There are way too many random options that I think bog down the kitchen. I think if they focused on the great Vietnamese food and kept a few options like fried chicken wings or foods that can be cranked out quickly then that would also improve service. I think having 20+ options for boba tea and 20+ options for the Asian chillers is also hindering service. I think a more focused menu that can make the kitchen less complicated will be a great help.

Again I think this place has a ton of potential. The food I had was delicious. I just think for customer retention a quicker more organized service will do this place wonders. A more efficient and optimized service are what I think the top...

We've been coming here annually for 10 years. The first time, it was us giving up in frustration from walking in the cold, trying to follow wring verbal directions to another restaurante.... We decided to just give up looking, and eat at Ginger Palace... Because it was there, and open, and we needed to stop walking. It was excellent! So, we've made a point of coming back every year, when we're in town for a convention. The while family insists. We've since introduced many friends, and it is our annual tradition. The food is ALWAYS excellent. It's hard to decide every year... The Shaking Beef, the Pad Thai, the Kalua Chicken... Everything on the menu has been consistently wonderful (at least the Asian food.... Never tried any American standards there... but why would I go to a Pan Asian restaurante and order American food, anyway? I cook that at home.... I was really weirded out seeing the negative reviews.... Especially tje one suggesting that the positive reviews were fake. Well... My family of four is absolutely real, thank you very much. And I've had every sort of Asian food, and the bad and the good all around the world. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where you can find the best Asian food in the U.S.. Ginger Palace has never disappointed us or our many...

It was late and I was hungry. Made the mistake of eating here, since i was in the hotel already I figured it was a good idea. Ordered the Shaking beef and the wings. The food was out in 5 minutes or so. I ate the wings first, tasted good. On to the Shaking beef, at first I didn't notice anything because i was in eating mode and wanted finish up quick. Then i noticed that the beef didn't taste or smell quite right. Shrugged it off and kept going. Then I put a forkful of the tomato in my mouth. Ugh!!! Nasty rotten 🤮 had to spit it out in a napkin. Had a few more bites of the onions and beef and I was done. All okay til about 9 the next morning. Oh no, my gut was on fire and I needed a toilet quick. Thankfully I was off the flight I had just taken and was able to relieve myself timely. Longer story short, Im sitting here after my 7 day vacation seemingly coming to the end of a bout with a food bourne illness that has effectively ruined my trip. I had nothing else to eat that would be suspect in the days prior to eating here. Maybe it wasn't their food, but me thinks it was. The service was...

If I could give zero stars, I would. First off, I ordered online to pick up, and I prepaid. When I arrived, they tried to get me to pay again. Then the lady (she was actually really nice) said I got a Vitatemese coffee with my order, and she asked if I wanted it hot or iced. I was confused, but I figured it was complimentary. She brought out my food, and I noticed that one item was missing. I asked about it, congee (a soup, I ordered out of the soup section). She said I didn't order that. I showed her on the receipt, and she said that's coffee (ahhh makes sense now) and I said that it wasn't. I then told her I didn't want the coffee, I have to be up at 4am and I don't eat sugar. She did not offer a refund, so I took it (maybe my son wants it?). When I checked my food back at the hotel (yes, I should have checked it before I left), my Pad Thai had egg in it. I am allergic to eggs, I noted this on the ticket. I am really disappointed. I'd go back to complain, but I already saw that I can't get a refund and although the lady is super nice, she's not helpful. I will not be back.

To start my wine glass was dirty. My boyfriend’s mango margarita had a lemon slice in it and the mix tasted…artificially sweet? I know marg mix is artificial but whatever this was…was different. I ordered drunken noodles with shrimp. The noodles were overcooked and soggy and had large chunks of fresh tomatoes and was generously seasoned with Italian! Seasoning. I’ve never had an Asian dish like this before. I get that it’s fusion but……? I tried to pretend it was spaghetti but ended up not eating more than three bites. The manager comped my meal. My boyfriend ordered the Pad Thai. We’ve both had different kinds and we would say this one was more “savory”. If you’re looking for peanut sauce this dish isn’t it. The meat quality for his dish was poor. He had an iron stomach so he finished it but we both agreed it was sub par. The staff was nice enough. This restaurant is attached to a Ramada near the airport if that helps to explain the quality somehow.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I've eaten pho all over the world. This has got to be the absolute WORST pho that I have ever eaten. It is an insult to even call this pho.... they bring back a bowl of soup, with NO bean sprouts, basil, or lime.... red flag. I taste the broth and..... wow.... literally tastes like chicken bullion water. Horrendous soup... first time in my life I EVER had to add SALT and pepper to pho. Then I dig deep to find the chicken is some rubbery, microwaved garbage. Totally not edible. Had to pick it all out... not a cheap bowl either. The working staff couldn't be bothered to care. They just sat there watching TV. The lady next to me had a steak she couldn't actually eat either. Looked like the same rubbery stuff...
