I wish I could give this 5 stars but let me start with why I deducted a star.
We ordered a chicken strip kids meal for our youngest child. The chicken strips are a fried chicken breast cut up, which they told us. No biggie, as we've had similar at other restraunts and it tasted great. However, these chicken strips were burnt to a crisp and our ten year old couldn't eat them. My husband noticed that the family at the table next to us had ordered chicken strips and they were burnt to a crisp, too. The kids meal doesn't come with a dipping sauce other than ketchup. Dipping sauce costs extra so you can't even dip it to disguise the burnt flavor. My husband ended up giving our child his hamburger and eating the burnt chicken himself, as he's not one to waste food or money.
That being said, let me tell you what Lil Woody's does right.
First, I ordered "The Trotter". It was probably the best hamburger I've had in my life, and I've had a lot of hamburgers in my 47 years. AMAZING!! I didn't notice the bacon or apple in it, but the carmelized onion and horseradish sauce were fantastic.
Second, we all loved the fries. We ordered a large basket to share with our family. It was very affordable and there were plenty for our family of 5. Everyone raved about the French fries.
Last, the server was kind, and attentive. We received our food quickly which when traveling at an airport is important.
In summary, I highly recommend Lil Woody's as long as you don't order the kids menu...

I'm sorry, we're out of that one and the tap is broken for that one" and the beer I did finally get was flat. Ugh!!! I didn't even get my beer until my meal was almost finished. The atmosphere is good but the service crushed it. Meaning the tables were clean and waited but that is where it ended. The service crew seem to be in a disarray at all times. Not really starting or finishing any of the service. I spent more time with my waitress correcting the online app, the order issues and the beers and all the other issues that were going on than I did actually spend time eating. Our server Maria S., does not get our lil Woody's star of the month employee. I actually saw people get up and leave and tell her how frustrated they were. Let alone the people in the kiosk lines we're visibly frustrated the whole time we ate. The potential is there. A good Denny's waiter/tress could have easily handled that area. They had 3 waits and 2 tenders at the bar. Chaotic is a good way to put it unfortunately. IMO...better training or quality professionals.... You would do better...
Read moreDo not eat at the Woody’s at SeaTac. Spent $200 on food for a family of 8. 1/2 of the order was wrong, bacon was totally undercooked and inedible and the burger was like a hockey puck. Waste of money. We also tried to find room for all of us in the dining room, but there was not enough space together so the family pushed two tables together in the outer concourse area but there was not enough room there either so I sat down in the dining room and and promptly got kicked out for using the take out line and not the dine in option. Even after tipping during my checkout….(I will someday learn my lesson with this) and spent $200 I got kicked out and went out to stand and eat in the concourse. Horrible...
