Definitely pricey and there’s a wait for hot food but for airport food this place is pretty solid.
I like their clam chowder, onion rings, and chicken panini. The clam chowder a little too thick (like it’s almost like a stew or gravy). But it has a good amount of clams and other stuff so it’s not just liquid soup which I like. The clam chowder, onion rings, and chicken panini are all a bit salty, but they’re still tasty. I’ve also gotten their margherita pizza before and it was good. This time I also got their chocolate chip cookie which was solid. I wish they could’ve warmed it beforehand and I wish it was more crispy on the outside, but it was still good.
In terms of the service, they are definitely on the slower side. So if you’re in a rush I definitely would not order their hot foods, like the pizza. I do end up waiting here for a bit when I order.
The restaurant itself feels like a classic cafe. It is very busy and small (which is the whole SeaTac airport to be honest), so although I did take out, I don’t think I could’ve found a table if I ordered for here. But that’s not really a problem with this restaurant. The whole SeaTac airport is always super busy and stuffed with people that it’s always hard to find a table to eat.

Read moreThis is the WORST service I have ever experienced. Sat at the bar and the young guy wanted to take our order as soon as we sat down. When we asked questions, he didn't know the answer. After 5 minutes of watching him and the female employee on their phones, we asked if someone wanted to take our order. They looked at each other and the female said to the male "you want to"? The food was good, and the cooks are working their butts off, but the other two, they couldn't car less. Customer after customer would say hello, to get them to acknowledge them. After 30 minutes of pretty much constantly on the phone, the girl clocks out for a break. When she comes back, same thing, immediately on her phone. One of the cooks went on break so she was called back to help. Sitting at the counter I could see she helped with food without washing her hands! She did put on gloves to make a sandwich after taking 2 pizzas out of the oven, putting them in boxes and cutting them. We saw numerous customers leave due to not being helped. The last one before we left was a Hispanic cook trying to run a visa for a water when she was clocking out for lunch. She got stuck and asked someone in the back to help and she just left him there, visa in machine, to go eat her lunch. He asked the super slow speed male for help and he said "Don't panic, I am at the bar making drinks. I will be there...
Read moreOn May 1st around 10:30 I walked into this place while waiting for my flight, the gate was right in front and was convenient, I was wearing a Village Pub Las Vegas t-shirt, when I sat down at the bar the girl who was serving at the time greeted me and I responded cordially, she automatically told me that she was not going to serve me because I was wearing this t-shirt, her change was very drastic, she behaved rudely and aggressively without me saying a word, when my wife arrived I was getting ready to leave because I didn't want any problems with this person who was obviously quite uncomfortable because of "my t-shirt", she asked her why she couldn't serve us, and she treated her badly, rudely, aggressively. I don't know why a t-shirt should be a reason for not getting service somewhere. I've walked into many other places wearing this shirt and nothing has happened. It's like not being able to go shopping at a Nike store if you're wearing Adidas shoes. Totally out of place. They should choose their employees more carefully, and if the t-shirt issue is an internal policy, they should review...
