I was meeting a small group of people and, when I realized I was the first one there, I grabbed one of the eight tables for us. My friends were expected any minute, so I placed my order online. The site said it would be ready at 12:50, nearly 20 minutes later. Disappointing, but it was busy so I settled in to patiently wait.
My friends arrived, went to order their food in line, and their orders all came up fairly quickly.
As it neared the 12:50 mark, and the website tracker still said that my order was in progress, I went to the counter to wait for the remaining few moments. I was asked which order I was waiting for, the staff member turned to a shelf behind her and grabbed a bag from the back. She handed it to me, perhaps abruptly, and in my irritation that the order tracker hadn't told me it was ready, I asked if it should have indicated my order was complete. She stared at me blankly, simply responded "I guess," rather rudely, and without apology or explanation, turned on her heels and walked away. According to the receipt, it was completed nearly ten minutes prior.
After I finally joined my friends, who were almost done eating at that point, I dug into my meal to realize the order was mildly incorrect; I'd ordered one chicken and one beef enchilada, but both were chicken.
A staff member, on break, also was having a family lunch where she allowed her two children to blast sounds from their phone and shriek loudly at a nearby table.
The food was fine, but all in all, I wouldn't go back based on this experience. I'll stick to my local taco truck that provides friendlier staff and accurate orders for much less than the $13 I paid today.
Also, I hope you don't need to pee, because the bathrooms that were in the building previously are now behind a...

Read moreAliberto's flagged my review and had it improperly removed rather than address my comment/experience. I eat at this place a couple times a week because it is open 24/7 and the food is good. However last week something happened that made me rethink going there. Recently (April 2024) they began using a POS system in the drive thru that allows customers to enter a tip. I usually tip a couple bucks, cause hey, it's just a drive thru. Last wednesday night I came thru to get some food for my family and the cashier didn't hand me the POS system or give me a receipt. When I checked my bank account a couple days later the total was wrong. I called the restaurant and spoke to the female manager. She looked up the sale and it showed that a 15% tip had been added to the order. I did not add this tip. The cashier did, which is illegal. The manager claimed they couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to come back and be given cash. Check your receipts, be careful. And now I'll post this review to other sites since you'd rather try to silence me than address...
