Aroom Coffee offers a distinct and refreshing coffee experience that sets it apart from traditional coffee shops. With its minimalist and stylish Vietnamese-inspired atmosphere, this coffeehouse provides a unique ambiance that is both captivating and intriguing.

The standout feature of Aroom Coffee is undoubtedly its selection of odd and unique drinks. One particular favorite of mine is The Nutty Cloud on ice, a truly delightful concoction that leaves a lasting impression and tastes like cold, liquid peanut butter. The innovative and creative approach to drink creation is a testament to the coffee shop's commitment to offering a distinct and memorable menu.

The cleanliness and sleekness of Aroom Coffee contribute to its overall appeal. The immaculate space, reminiscent of an Apple store, creates a modern and sophisticated vibe. It almost feels like stepping into a museum, where every detail is carefully curated to enhance the overall experience. The attention to cleanliness and design is commendable and adds to the overall enjoyment of the visit.

Given the coffee shop's popularity, it is not surprising to find the space bustling with patrons. Whether it be individuals enjoying the ambiance or others diligently working on their computers, it is clear that Aroom Coffee has become a go-to spot for many. However, due to its popularity, finding available seating can sometimes be a challenge, especially during peak hours. It would be beneficial for the coffee shop to consider expanding its seating capacity to accommodate the growing number of visitors.

The staff at Aroom Coffee are consistently helpful and efficient. They possess a strong knowledge of the menu and are quick to prepare drinks without compromising quality. The dedication and attentiveness of the staff contribute to a pleasant and efficient service experience.

In conclusion, Aroom Coffee offers a refreshing and memorable coffee experience in a stylish and minimalist setting. The odd and unique drinks, such as The Nutty Cloud (SERIOUSLY, SO GOOD), are a true delight for the taste buds. The cleanliness and sleekness of the coffee shop create an atmosphere that is both modern and museum-like. Although finding seating can be a challenge due to its popularity, the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff make up for this minor inconvenience. I highly recommend visiting Aroom Coffee to indulge in their distinctive offerings and enjoy a truly enjoyable...

In the heart of Seattle's bustling streets lies Aroom Cafe, an understated gem that marries modern minimalism with subtle Vietnamese design elements. Walking in, you're greeted by a space that speaks the language of contemporary Asian cafe culture – clean lines, cement floors that add industrial character, and thoughtfully placed Vietnamese decorative touches that whisper rather than shout. The simplicity of the seating arrangements and uncluttered aesthetics creates a calming atmosphere that invites you to slow down and savor the moment. The cafe's standout offering is their Vietnamese-style egg coffee (cà phê trứng), a unique beverage that originated in 1940s Hanoi during a milk shortage. The drink features a creamy, custard-like layer of sweetened egg yolk foam delicately floating atop rich coffee. Aroom's version is masterfully crafted, with the egg yolk mixture whipped to a meringue-like consistency, creating a velvety golden crown that slowly melds with the robust coffee beneath. The addition of cardamom powder provides an aromatic Middle Eastern twist, introducing subtle notes of warmth and spice that complement both the coffee's intensity and the egg's richness. Their sparkling peach and passion fruit juice offers a lighter, refreshing alternative. The combination strikes a perfect balance between the sweet, floral notes of peach and the tart, tropical punch of passion fruit, all elevated by playful carbonation. This beverage showcases Aroom's ability to create sophisticated non-coffee options that are just as thoughtfully crafted as their coffee selections. The cafe's dedication to unique beverage offerings, coupled with its serene atmosphere, makes it a noteworthy addition to Seattle's diverse cafe scene, particularly for those seeking innovative drinks in a peaceful...

I was visiting from Portland and I’m glad I stopped by Aroom Coffee! I got the Bac Siu (Vietnamese latte), a house cake with cheese filling and my friend got the Saigon Black I believe! I like sweet coffee drinks and my friend likes bitter coffee so we both ordered perfectly! I really really liked the Bac Siu so I’m hoping there is some sort of equivalent here in Portland. The house cake comes with two pieces and has a pancake like texture and taste. I got the cheese filling because I don’t eat pork. It has a very interesting mix of textures and flavors I’ve never had together before. The filling had a sort of cheesy yet slightly eggy flavor. In my opinion it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t necessarily good either. I will say I could see other people really enjoying it, it’s just not my cup of tea. I visited on a Tuesday around 4pm. Finding parking around the area was kind of tough. We ended up parking at a 7/11 and taking a short walk to it which was fine. There was a menu with photos in front of the door and a barcode to scan for an online menu which had pictures and descriptions of each item. The online menu was really helpful in choosing my only suggestion would be to have a couple barcodes inside the shop as well so if someone accidentally closes out of the online menu they won’t have to go back outside to scan it. It was pretty packed inside, there were a lot of students studying and hanging out, I assume it’s a popular spot for UW students since it’s pretty close by. Even though it was busy we were able to find a table to sit at. The interior is super cute and the employees were super nice and helpful! I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m...
