I didn’t buy this from this location but this is inexcusable. I have been buying gluten free bread for over a year now, and in the last two months every single loaf I’ve boughten has been moldy before I even open it, and it’s not even past its expiration date..... this is disgusting. Update: I’ve spoke to the company and they have rectified the situation although this could still happen to you, make sure you examine the bread before you buy it. This is only for the gluten free bread. Update the following bread I bought with the coupons franz gave me were also moldy... seriously franz?

DELIVERY SEMI TRUCK DRIVERS Entrance located on S Jackson St. I thought I’m a professional truck driver before I’ve got here. It is a nightmare, person who designed this dock area has to burn in hell! Each corner, each pole is damaged by trucks. Local trucks parked right and left, barely can find a spot to park. Guy before me broke his airline while jacking, I damaged my door hinge with dock plate! The area is on uphill a bit which makes backing harder! Ask local delivery drivers if you need help, they are nice guys! Good luck

Non local drivers: Another place we will not be returning. Blind side jack knife parking with about one foot clearance. Manager onsite needs to pull his head out of his *ss and stop pretending that he knows how to drive a semi. Get back in your office and stay there.

I’ve been to some tight places before but this is just ridiculous for a dock. You must sort of pull into the school parking lot and immediately turn your wheel for the blindside. You will get danger close the entire time up until you’re against the dock, you’re required to drop the trailer and pull away to keep the area open. Parking is very limited and tight here. When coming from I-5 take 164A and stay left towards the Dearborn, go down to Rainier Ave S and take a left (tight) and go up the steep hill to S Jackson Street (you must take both lanes to make the right turn) it will be on your right and of course it’s tight coming in. When you leave I suggest you go right on 20th ave and back onto Jackson so you can get back onto Rainier for I-90. You will not be able to make it anyway else because it’s surrounded by a neighborhood on the south side and office buildings on the north. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE ANY SIDE STREETS OTHER THAN THE ONES NAMED ABOVE OR YOU WILL GET TRAPPED. 1 star for the dock placement. I won’t speak...

12/20/24 Before noon the old lady at the cashier/counter, her name is Suzanne. She was the one there that day. She was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Unbelievable how she treated me, she did not explain how the promo (free items) work, I misunderstood it and she kept on exclaiming "Oh my god!" on a sarcastic tone. There were a few people inside, I felt embarrassed. I was even the one who said sorry to her because I did not understand how the promo works. I complained about her using the portal and by phone. Nicole of Portland said either she or the HR in Seattle will call me to give me the feedback I requested. They never did. Suzanne has no right to stand at the counter, to deal with customers, given her attitude. She was grumpy that day she should not take it out on...

They have a large selection of different flavors of bread that I didn't even know about from the grocery store. They have racks of bagels, excellent price point. You won't find any better prices on bread, bagels or donuts. If you purchase more than $10, you get a free loaf! Their sourdough fresh is amazing and this is the place to buy it. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We should all buy bread at the store. Most of their wares have excellent ingredients, very healthy and wholesome. Not a lot of things you can't pronounce I used to only eat killer Dave's bread. Now I eat most of Franz products as well and when they come out with their kill er Halloween flavors for the fall. Oh man, that pumpkin bread...
