The incense are stored inside the mailbox. There are lanterns that have candles inside which are used to light the incense. I don't speak Vietnamese and one of the worker was able to speak English to me. Shoes need to be removed inside. There are plenty of prayer space. I think it is Saturday 11am when they are religious ceremonies.
