A Perfect Pizza & Wine Date Night šŸ•šŸ·

They opened in October of 2021 and I wish I found them sooner! Close to home and a great quaint little spot for a night out. You walk in hand over a credit card and they give you a swipe card to put into the machine and you taste the wine at your own leisure. 1, 3 or 5 ounce pours. The prices are petty reasonable. Jolene helped us out with our wine selections and was very knowledgeable and friendly! They have wines from all over and I was inquiring about buying bottles and they don't sell the bottles and they have unique wines you won't be able to find anywhere else. They buy limited bottles. The selection gets changed up a lot they said. I like that a lot cause I love trying new wines! We met the owner Julie and she was so great to talk to. Very personable and we asked about renting the bar out for a private party. She said it was doable during the week. I'm excited to get a private party started for our next birthday event. They also have small bites and charcuterie. It looks very delicious so the next time I'm in I'll have to get it. Andrew the other owner was also there in the back bar making up the food. If there's no seating in the front area you can also sit in the back bar. They had the garage door open for a nice outdoor area. I had to try their aperol spritz cause it's my go to. It didn't disappoint! Grab your friends and family and head out for a night of wine drinking. You won't regret it!

At the end of a three week Northwest vacation, my friend’s niece and Sister-in-law suggested we do a girl’s night at this great place where you get to taste different wines and fill your own glass. We loved the idea. My friend’s niece, who lives within walking distance, beat us there and snagged a table for us. Good thing, too, because this place was hopping. We went up to exchange our credit cards for our ā€œwine cardā€, get our glasses and then head to the two cases each holding about 8 different wines. We could opt for a small taste, a 3 ounce pour, or a 5 ounce pour. Just insert your wine card and select the appropriate button. I tried an ā€œorange blendā€ and though I enjoyed it, I wanted to check out others before deciding on a glass. And that’s when I discovered Kerloo, 2019 Majestic - a GMS blend. It was exactly what I wanted. I returned to the table and we all compared notes. Then we decided on a large charcuterie board with a wonderful array of cheeses, fruit, meats, crackers and even pickles. Just what we needed to allow us to enjoy a second glass of wine. We had so much fun. The owners and chef were warm and welcoming. It has a wonderful vibe and to top it all off - great wine!

Chez Phinney is an awesome wine bar with great people, wine, and vibes! We recently celebrated a special event here with a small group of close friends and loved the atmosphere. They made it super easy for us to gather a small group together - we had wanted to bring in easy dinner for our group and they opened up space in the back bar for us to have a bit of a food spread. With the way the wine bar is set up, it made for an awesome social vibe, making it easy for everyone to enjoy some great wine while socializing and celebrating! Thanks, Chez Phinney, for helping us celebrate in such a fun and...
