The one thing I will say for this store is that it has a large variety of offerings that I can't find elsewhere. Despite that, I would not recommend shoping here unless you have no other options. The staff is supremely unhelpful, and three different employees I interacted with on separate occasions all seemed to be grumpy about something completely different. The complete lack of customer service made it feel like you were inconveniencing them by being there, asking questions, and buying their products. The prices on these products were astonishingly high, as well - I later discovered that I paid almost 20% more at this store than I would have at another local competitor. I recently attended an event they were hosting a bottle signing so, before the actress (promoting her tequila) arrived they encourage people to buy the bottle before she started signing. 5pm to 8pm they post on social media, well after hundreds of people bought the tequila $87 dollars each bottle (some people even purchased 6 bottles) spent they hard money on this place they decided to end the even at 7 and hour before nacías their staff members wanted to leave (are you kidding me) leaving pretty much half of the people out waiting for they bottles they purchased in their store to be sign, or at least take a picture, with out explanation they call the cops to clear the area and tell everyone to leave, don’t go to their events they don’t know how to do it, I spent $261 dollars I drove 2 hours, and waited 3 hours and I want...

Ordered online 8 days ago and order (for 2 of the same bottles of Vermut) are still being prepared. Ordered from another online shop after placing order with madwine and those 4 different bottles have already been delivered FedEx ground - same as what Madwine says they deliver if they actually deliver. I would highly caution and am considering canceling the card that I had used. No communication. No response to email. Not only obviously disappointing and frustrating but scary in scam tip.
