On our way to a game, 5 of us decided to come in to have breakfast 3 adults 2 kids. We were sat immediately, waters were dropped off quickly but not a single server out of the 4 surrounding servers greeted us or said anything for 45 minutes. I saw another table get sat who also went unnoticed for about 25 to 30 minutes. They were greeted before us and we got our food after they did. Wish we had left after paying a $100+ breakfast tab. We were finally greeted, had our order taken. Food came out before our drinks, which I saw our drinks sitting on the bar, from where we were seated but our server made the excuse the bartender was slower than the kitchen. Servers trying to place blame on somebody else makes them look even worse. As if 45 minutes of waiting to be greeted was better than the 10 to 15 minutes it took to get our drinks. The worst thing when you dine out, is having an entire dining establishment not take responsibility for poor service, including the manager. Easily communicated if they were busy just to say "hi, I'll be a few minutes, but i promise I'll be right with you" or for another server to help out in at least getting drinks started so we know, they're not going out of their way to ignore us. The food was okay for over priced breakfast. The kitchen did GREAT pushing food out quickly though. Props to them! When it came time, our table was cleared and the check was dropped off immediately. The server was more prompt when it came to collecting his money of course. I escalated this problem to the manager, because the server hadn't. The manager was rude and told me we should have got up and walked out before this happened. If your manager makes excuses and your servers don't attempt to take any of the responsibility, this is not worth the time or the money. No atmosphere to enjoy at all. I've told friends not to dine here because of the awful service, regardless of the convenience of location...
Read moreWe went here to buy take out food for my family as it is right next to Silver Cloud Hotel where we are staying for the night. Husband went to use their washroom while I looked at their menu. We asked the lady front server of options on fried chicken wings if they can make a plain salt and pepper chicken wings and to ask their chef. She then told us their chicken wings only came with bbq sauces no salt and pepper option and that we dont have to get food if we just need to use the washroom because people do it all the time. We told her we are getting food. I felt just ordering elsewhere because of the staff's response but because the kids lining up for a concert are hungry we just ordered what they have. It is very unbecoming and rude of this lady frontdesk staff to assume we are not there to order but just to use their washroom. Also they forgot to include 2 drinks in my takeout bag that husband have to go back and get it from them. Hope this reaches their management in order to prevent this from happening to...
Read moreOver priced for an extremely small piece of salmon, that was undercooked. The waiter was a good sales person, telling us that he eats it like that all the time, just like tuna. Well we didn’t buy it and had them take it back to be recooked. Unfortunately my husband got sick that night. OverAll this place was bland. If you are drunk then maybe your tastebuds are too numb to know the difference. Overpriced for very lazy meal options. Burger was dry, and hard around the edges as if it was frozen prior to prep. Since when does Caesar salad need salt?? Or better yet, Why was my Mac’N Cheese sour. Ughh and to top it off, My fried dark meat chicken was soaking in oil. Unfortunately we had no other choice but to swallow the $90 bill and learn from this experience. It looks flashy & makes plenty of business considering it’s location near the stadium. Something has to change, I just don’t know what? (Maybe make everything taste as flavorful as my drink or your garlic fries) The best thing I had was a Raspberry...
