KFC — Restaurant in Seattle

This place is a joke. We placed a mobile order in advance and checked in thru the drive thru. We were told it would be 6 minutes and to pull forward and park in the back. After 15 minutes the app said our order was ready but they hadn’t come out so we drove around and thru the drive thru again. They just said it wasn’t ready again and to park in the back again. We waited another 15 minutes. During that time an employee came out to give an order to a different car parked near us that parked 20 minutes after we were there. Three employees were in the back doorway while the door was open. Looking directly at us and didn’t give any acknowledgment or update as to why it was taking so long. Finally after 30+ minutes we drove around and thru the drive thru again to see what was going on. They said “next window” and then when we pulled up they said “your order” and nothing else. No apologies no thank you. I love KFC but won’t be stopping at this...

Omg. This is my first review for KFC Unbelievable i was ordering last night my home in kenmore i go for take out at around 9:45pm and they still have good services a cashier was very nice they recommended me to get very thing and i got mixed crispy and regular fried chicken in the basket and the food was unbelievable it so good the crispy chicken very crispy, crispier than other locations in the interior USA or even in North America the taste is not salty like other locations (normally KFC is Salty) it perfectly and i have left over I put it in refrigerator over night until now 6:13pm. and I heated up in a microwave I would not expect this it still crispy I don’t know how!!! taste good almost beat Thailand, you guys know Thailand have the best KFC and this location it’s taste almost similar to Thai KFC and last time I have been this location like 5month ago it’s salty but this time idk u guys change the recipe or not...

The female worker and there was only one at the time surrounded by guys so her that worked on Saturday early morning March 8th she's not great at customer service, I literally go here most days and pay over 150-200$ overall a week so like i go like 4-5 times a week would tally that amount, and I've never had someone so difficult to let me pay for my things, I had purchased a deal with 5 wings and for some reason they made you have to order 2 drink which I don't need for one person. Instead of letting me pay the difference she had an attitude and wouldn't let me take away the drinks both of them which are paid for and pay the remaining amount for 1 small mash potatoes and gravy, than after I couldn't get my order right she fills most of my drink with ice. I will not go back anymore I'm not asking for firing that's stupid. but I'll take my money elsewhere she really rubbed me...
