As much as I had this place on my to visit list, I'll never go back. There's a wide variety of many things, but the service from certain workers is absolutely beyond tolerance level for me. I went here to get a few items, including 14 live blue crabs. The lines were extremely long! By the time we got to the register and had the crabs put on a scale, they were dying. The first cashier placed the crabs on a scale which one lady picked up off the floor and plugged in after he attempted to take them out and put them on the scale connected by the register. The total price came up to a little over a hundred for everything. Crabs mainly cost the most. We took the crabs out of the box because it was obvious the box was weighed, too. Needless to say, the price was higher when placing them on the scale connected to the register. When asked how come, that led to another worker coming over, not knowing the answer. The guy took our receipt and items to the most unprofessional lady I've ever dealt with in an oriental establishment! Not only did she try to make us get in the back of the line before another lady opened her register to take this ladies remaining customers but she kept picking the crabs up and dropping the bag back on the floor as if the darn things weren't near death enough! After the 4th drop and her continuing to take others instead of us; we just walked out. I applaud anyone who can tolerate the disrespect, but as for me and my family, I would rather continue to spend my hundreds online for bluecrabs before I ever step foot in this...

Ive been coming here for a while but tonight's service got me furious. I live in federal way. I arrived 15 minutes before they close 7:45. I always get the same product which i buy in bulk so i go straight to the cash register. There was a line but i waited patiently. A female worker told me to go to the front outdoor register to speed things up. I went out there and told her the name of the product i need and i need a box. Every other time i do this it goes smooth. Tonight this lady made me go back into the store and grab the actual product so she can ring me up. Im thinking maybe she is new ans doesnt know what I'm talking about. I get back to the register with product in hand but she didnt even grab it from me and told the man in front to go grab a box from the storage. Obviously she knew exactly what i was talking about but still made me go backs inside. He reply that he just locked it. The time was 7:55. The business hours end at 8. They are still officially open but will not grab the product for me. Why make me go back into the store if you wasn't going to open the storage anyways. It was a waste of my trip from federal way to seattle.it was bad customer service and t shows thetype of workers they hire. Lazy workers who doesnt appreciate...

No lines. They check receipts before you head out. We were caught off guard, we didn’t mind but one way to enter and exit the place. We were stuck in the between a barrage of people entering whilst we rummage through our bags for the receipt! Like, we’re going to run/take off with several bags of stuff. And, oh! Had the time to actually bag it with their own grocery plastic bags! Oy vey! Good prices but beware! There were several green mangoes and one is marked $3.99 and one next to it for .99 cents. From the outside, both looked fine but upon closer inspection, the .99 cents one, the back part of it is rotten! Like, the packed food. I was able to actually post a photo of 2 spring rolls with different prices. Hmmm, makes one wonder! Be careful as there could be water on the floor. Like, water seeped through my leg/toes. Ugh, gross! The tanks where the so-called fresh seafood...

Lam Seafood was one of my stops every time I went to Chinatown in Seattle for breakfast. I love the fresh vegetables it has over there. Besides vegetables, you can pick up fresh delis. I got Vietnamese sandwiches, cakes, and the beef jerky are good. The store has a good selection of meat and seafood. However, I have to warn you the seafood department is wet, a bit slippery and it stinks. I picked up some clams and crabs. Then head home. When I got home, I opened the bag the crabs were partially dead. I washed the clams and crabs thoroughly before cooking. Once cooked, the clams tasted like they were sitting in sewage water. The crab meat falls apart from the shell. It's edible, but it smells. I asked a young man to give me two giant crabs. He gave me two small ones. Glad he did the opposite.
