Ordered a gluten free pizza for delivery and was given a pizza with normal crust in error, as a celiac, I am wholly unable to consume gluten products. I called to see if I could get my order refunded because I had placed a new order, again with gluten free crust. The woman I spoke to, Vonya, was painfully rude and said there was absolutely nothing she could do because of the messed up order; she then went on to tell me how the owner was not there so that is why she was unable to do anything. When I asked her if I could leave my information for the owner so I could discuss it with him, she said no again, and that nothing could be done. I then asked when the owner would be there so I could discuss it with him and she danced around the question and did not at all want to give me an answer. The answer I was finally able to pry out of her was: "he is here everyday." Due to the severe lacking in customer service I will no loner be giving this establishment...
Read moreThis place is consistently fantastic and deserves an overall rating of 4.7+ instead of 4.0. I've been to most pizza places throughout the greater Seattle region and this is the only one that truly tastes authentic with fresh ingredients, doesn't make me sick afterwards, and every bite is so very good. The crust is perfectly crispy and has a somewhat of a virgin olive oil taste. I can't quite pinpoint it but something about the crust has such a unique texture and taste.
The cheeses used are a delicious combo. The pepperoni has a deeply crispy and savory taste that is very distinct from every other pepperoni I've had. It also has a bit of a kick to it. The sausage is not overly fatty, is perfectly spiced, and is very tasty. I tend to go for alfredo sauce as a base and the sauce must be homemade since it's so good. The toppings are plentiful which I appreciate. More than one big pepperoni on the...

Then the food arrived, and the chicken parmesan wasn't breaded. Ithadnobreading. It was two overcooked chicken breast covered in mozzarella. I have never been so disappointed in my life.
I called today. I thought maybe someone was rushing, maybe it was a mistake. No, they don't bread their chicken parmesan. I called the Luciano's in West Seattle and they do.
I guess this place is fine if you want pizza. My boyfriend was pretty onboard with it and would probably give it a few stars.
Also, you can't add their coupons when you order online despite the website being on the...
