This is by far my favorite teriyaki place in town! The portions are generous, with reasonable prices. It's always fresh, hot, and spicy! My go-to order: 1. Spicy Chicken Teriyaki with Gyoza Combo 2. General Tsao with Fried Rice It's usually ready in about 10 mins, so call when you're close. I've also gotten the Spicy Chicken/Katsu combo and that's really good too, but they've forgotten the katsu sauce a few times, so just ask for it. My favorite part about Nori Presto is the family who owns it. Always super sweet - feels like visiting your fam!

I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school. It was always our favorite teriyaki spot in Seattle because the family that first opened it was so friendly, and the food was always delicious. I’ve seen it change ownership probably 3 times. The quality has gone up and down. Overall, it’s probably not as good as it used to be, but it’s still one of the better Seattle teriyaki shops. Giving it a high rating in hopes that it remains in operation, and to hopefully motivate the owners to keep up the good work!

If you like teriyaki, this is great! I've never really been a fan of teriyaki historically just as a matter of preference, but I've also never sought it out where it is known to be excellent, such as in Seattle. I can say this is the highest quality teriyaki I have had thus far and was well worth it, although it's still not shifting my general preference. I'll have to have some in Japan, LA, and Hawaii before I rest my final judgment on teriyaki as a whole.

I feel obligated to write a review. My partner and I came here because we were in the area and the Google rating was a 4.9. In our minds that is unheard of to have such a high rating, so the place must be off the charts amazing! I will preface this by saying I don't often go to Teriyaki places, but I found Nori Presto overwhelmingly underwhelming. I had the chicken teriyaki which was a VERY generous portion of food, and the chicken was very moist and tender, but the sauce was SO salty I couldn't finish it. I couldn't even really taste anything it was so salty. This was served with an enormous amount of white rice, too much for one person to finish, and a small salad which would have been better with less of the super sweet dressing they used. My partner got the tofu yakisoba. The tofu was actually really well done, but the noodles were not cooked well, too chewy. This also came with a mound of white rice, which is odd for a noodle dish, and the same over dressed salad. I think the highlight was the free miso soup to start, that was very nice. Overall not a bad place really, but...

I've grown to really like this place over the last few months since I first visited. It has become my go to teriyaki shop for multiple reasons. The pricing is quite good (particularly for the amount you get) and the food itself is very tasty. I'm not going to say it's the greatest teriyaki I've ever had, but it's exactly what I want when I have that craving. The speed with which they get your food ready is also really impressive. I'll place an order, head into the Safeway to pick up a couple of things, and within 5-10 minutes I'm getting a notification that my food is ready.

But the thing that's really the cherry on top for me with Nori Presto is that the staff are just the nicest people. The fact that I've only ever gotten takeout from them and have come away with that impression is a testament to how pleasant they are and how clearly they appreciate their customers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for well priced, tasty teriyaki from people who obviously value the people who come...

I have lived in Seattle my whole life and have never found a teriyaki restaurant this good. When I first went to it, I didn’t want to believe it was as good as it is and way better than all of my favorite teriyaki restaurants, so I banned myself from going there, but then I moved up north and needed a new favorite spot. My roommates and I went to this place and I’m addicted, I haven’t been to any other teriyaki restaurant since Aug 2017. I go there once a week, and throughout the rest of the week I am craving there teriyaki so much. I restrain myself from eating more than once a week because I am worried if I move out of Seattle I will have deep depression from lack of Nori Presto Large Chicken Teriyaki. I always get a large to go and it makes two meals (morning after is the best). I love this place, I feel like the family who owns it is my second family
