The employee did not know his way around the coupon section of the pos, which I highly recommend training in. Tried to turn me away after saying it would be accepted. There are options in the system to not only select coupon that are automatically in the system memory, but also to manually scan a coupon sent in by the subway franchise. On top of that, after finally accepting the coupon, he threw it away instead of putting it underneath the cash section of the register so it can be used later that night during the EOD paperwork. I don’t know how my sandwich is royally screwed up every single time I actually do make it inside because they’re making it right in front of me. I should have learned my lesson but after tonight I’ll just choose a different location. I asked for turkey and pepperoni (normal for me), she gave me half and half but still charged double meat.
