Fantastic food served by friendly people. I just moved to the area and I thought I'd treat myself to some pizza delivery. After looking at the nearby options and considering their menus and ratings on Google, I decided upon Pagliacci Pizza, and I am absolutely delighted that I did. The Sicilian chicken salad is an absolutely tasty treasure, and they are NOT stingy with the ingredients, including the cheese. I did not expect it to be so good. For the pizza, I went with the seasonal Bianca Piccante, which is equally pleasing. Everything is seasoned to god-like perfection, including the pizza crust. As for the staff, both the person who answered my call after ordering online and the person who delivered my food were friendly and honestly sealed the deal on my new favorite pizza place--even before I tore into my food. Now to convince myself not to eat it all in one sitting and to save some leftovers for future me. Y'all are...
Read moreTypically a good experience and the staff works hard. Just one incident today where the ordering system from online / phone had issues backing up orders. Completely understandable as things happen but it was handled unprofessionally.
They had my order information and said it would be a couple minutes after I walked in. A half hour goes by and I ask if my pizza is even in the oven. Received a curt response from the cashier and said it wasn't her job to check. At 45 mins another staff member came out and apologized and asked if I was willing to wait. I said yes only if the pizza was already in the oven. She pretends to check and said it was so it would only be a few mins.
I then see them make from scratch and throw it in (so previous response was a lie to avoid dealing with a refund). 15 mins later i'm out the door with the food. Not the end of the world just a bummer on how they...
Read moreNever been here before even though I've been seeing the chain for years. Called and placed an order not having looked at any menus, the standard safe bet of large pepperoni, mushroom, extra cheese. I was surprised at the price of $33 for just the pie, the most expensive single pizza I've bought on recent memory so I hoped it was worth the price.
There's absolutely nothing special about Pagliacci's though. It was fine, but it's not nearly worth $33 for what I got. It was actually more flavorful when I heated the last few pieces in the microwave a couple data later. Frankly, even at half that price I'd rather get better pizza somewhere else. Unfortunate, as I love pizza but businesses here in Washington seem to have a lot of quality/competence issues and then demand a...
