This park is usually packed in the summer. If you go during the afternoon your almost guaranteed to see a family with small toddlers along with a few dogs running around playing catch as well. The park is pretty small but on a nice day this is definitely a place where you can take a nice walk by yourself, with your kids, dog, cat significant other, whatever! They also have a cool community garden close to the entrance which pretty cool to walk through. I have definitely gotten some awesome gardening tips by just looking at the vegetables and talking to some of the gardeners too. There is a Boys and Girls club right next to it so you will see some kids playing outside or walking across the street...

Recently remodeled and added fun additions like ping pong tables and cornhole set-up. There's a pole for tetherball but it hasn't been set up - I think due to COVID. There's also lines on the ground for four square, a basketball court, community garden, decently open field area for dogs, frisbee, picnicking etc, a play ground area and restroom stall. Also a variety of tables and benches around the park! Great little gem in Greenwood that just got better. Occasionally there can be some sketchy characters but overall feels very safe and...

I'm at this park most days as I have a garden plot at the Greenwood P-Patch, and I enjoy my time spent. The park has had some nice additions in the last year: seating, bbq grills, ping pong tables, hop scotch, etc. The park is generally clean and maintained making it very inviting to hang out. I'm only docking one star due to the homeless tents that have appeared in the recent months... I haven't felt threatened by the people camping out here, but I bring it up as many families come here, and the Boys and Girls Club isn't...

I found this park while walking my dog around the neighborhood...it's very pretty with a lot of grass and shady spots to sit. There is a bench by the grass where people sit and watch the dogs as one lady told me. Lots of beautiful flowers 🌹 I sit down there and relax before beginning my walk again. Very enjoyable with all the tree cover and picnic tables. People even sit in the park grass getting a sun tan Mostly people walking there.beautiful park Would recommend for dog walking or sack lunch.

Great location for any little ones, including our canine friends, to enjoy for an hour or two. There's a sand lot filled with toys. Three areas to play and plenty of retired vehicles for kids to ride around the park. Bring some snacks and a blanket and you have the perfect picnic location. There's even a PeaPatch where kids can learn about veggies.

Great park! Plenty of areas for all activities. Skating, basketball, pea patch, walking, sitting, playground, grilling and ping pong. Every time I have been people have been great about social distancing and masks around others.
