This park is usually packed in the summer. If you go during the afternoon your almost guaranteed to see a family with small toddlers along with a few dogs running around playing catch as well. The park is pretty small but on a nice day this is definitely a place where you can take a nice walk by yourself, with your kids, dog, cat significant other, whatever! They also have a cool community garden close to the entrance which pretty cool to walk through. I have definitely gotten some awesome gardening tips by just looking at the vegetables and talking to some of the gardeners too. There is a Boys and Girls club right next to it so you will see some kids playing outside or walking across the street...

There's also lines on the ground for four square, a basketball court, community garden, decently open field area for dogs, frisbee, picnicking etc, a play ground area and restroom stall. The park has had some nice additions in the last year: seating, bbq grills, ping pong tables, hop scotch, etc. The park is generally clean and maintained making it very inviting to hang out. I'm only docking one star due to the homeless tents that have appeared in the recent months...
