Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Seattle

This is a usual watering hole in the downtown neighborhood for many of us who live in the heart ❤️ of the city and as such it's about the only Starbucks left here in the area..where at one time not too long ago we enjoyed a Starbucks on almost every corner...

So this place has always been a high achiever for great customer service and a friendly smile...yesterday however I actually had to leave because of the tremendous amount of homeless people just sitting in the tables and chairs, not buying anything and occasionally begging for a hot coffee or something to eat...I was holding up pretty well as I surprised myself until this one homeless man began pacing and he smelled SO Bad that I was actually getting sick to my stomach so I almost bolted to the exit door before it got any worse... I get it...what's the quick fix? Don't know I only came for my morning coffee and the service...

I went here today and got a pink drink. The drink was WAY more sweet than I remember getting last month. If you can see in the photo there is a massive black hair in the drink. Btw I have bleached hair right now so... It's not mine. I'm concerned. If you want to realize that you just drank hair flavored drink, be my guest. There was gross crumbs EVERYWHERE, I recommend take out. But, the lady who took my order was so sweet!...

I ordered the new paradise drink and the cashier understood that I wanted the new refresher with the coconut milk. They finished everyone else’s drinks after mine and then when they finally got to me they messed up my drink and made it with water instead of coconut milk.
